LE CLUB MONTRÉAL SYNCHRO recherche un(e) entraîneur pour le volet
Récréatif et Provincial
Le club de nage synchronisée Montréal Synchro est établi à Montréal depuis plus de 20 ans. Il est
composé de plusieurs athlètes évoluant dans deux niveaux de compétition distincts : le volet
performance et le volet récréatif /provincial. Le volet Performance du club Montréal Synchro a pour
objectif de préparer l’athlète pour les compétitions dans tous les réseaux : régional, provincial, national
et international. Le Club est administré par un conseil d’administration qui délègue la gestion des
entraînements et des entraineurs à une (1) entraineur-chef.
Nous recherchons des entraîneurs avec leur PNCE niveau 1 (minimum).Les PNCE niveau 2 et 3 sont des
atouts à considérer. Le Certificat de sauveteur national n'est pas obligatoire, mais un atout.
Le candidat idéal doit:
• Utiliser les plans d’entraînement mis en place par l’entraineur en chef.
• Encadrer les figures et les routines pour les programmes spécifiques.
• Effectuer des tests et des évaluations appropriées pour leurs athlètes.
• Identifier les besoins individuels au sein du programme.
• Préparer les athlètes pour leurs compétitions spécifiques.
• Soutenir les objectifs et les valeurs du club.
• Bien communiquer avec tous les membres du club.
• Avoir un esprit d'équipe.
• Participer à tous les événements du club (spectacles aquatiques, compétition invitationdéveloppement, camp d’été etc...)
• Être intéressé à entraîner pendant les 3 semaines du camp d’été serait un atout.
• Participer à toutes les compétitions et événements de formation spécifiques pour chaque équipe
entraînée.
• Avoir une volonté de perfectionnement
Durée : À partir de maintenant jusqu’à la fin des compétitions provinciales.
Nombre d’heures : 15 hres par semaine ou plus selon les besoins.
Salaire : Selon le niveau et l’expérience.

Langue : Français ou/et anglais. Les entraîneurs unilingues anglais sont aussi les bienvenus à postuler.

MONTREAL SYNCHRO CLUB / Coach wanted, recreational and provincial Levels
Montreal Synchro Club is established in Montreal for over 20 years. It is composed of several
athletes competing in two distinct levels of competition: the Performance Level and
recreational / provincial levels. The performance level of Montreal Synchro Club has for
objective to prepare the athletes to participate in competitions in all the networks: regional,
provincial, national and international. The Club is managed by a Board of Directors which
delegates the management of the trainings and coaching to one (1) Head coach.
We are looking for coaches with their PNCE Level 1 (minimum), the PNCE Level
2 and 3 are advantages to consider. The National Lifeguard Certificate is not mandatory, but an
asset.
The ideal candidate must:
• Use training plans developed by the head Coach, that meet the objectives.
• Ability to mentor figures and routines for the specific program.
• Conduct appropriate tests and assessments for their athletes.
• Identify the individual needs within the program.
• Prepare athletes for their specific competitions where appropriate.
• Support the objectives and values of the club.
• Effective communication with all members of the club.
• Have a team spirit.
• Attend all club events (aquatic shows, demonstrations, Invitational competition etc. ..)
• Be interested in coaching during the three weeks of summer camp would be an asset.
• Participate in all competitions and events specific training for each team coached.
• Have a commitment to development
Duration: From September until the end of provincial competitions.
Salary: Depending on the level and experience.
Hours: 15 hrs per week or more as needed.
