Shirin Ismail is a senior paralegal in the Commercial Real Estate Group of our
Vancouver office. Shirin works on many aspects of commercial real estate financing
and asset purchase and sale transactions with respect to retail, office, industrial and
residential properties. She assists the Firm's lawyers and clients in all facets of
commercial real estate financing and asset purchase and sale transactions – including
due diligence searches and review; preparation of title reports, draft agreements and
closing documents; and electronic filing of documents in the Land Title Office and
Personal Property Registry. Shirin’s scope of knowledge includes British Columbia
business corporation, personal property and real property legislation, as well as Federal
business corporation legislation.
