Charles Goumaz is an associate in our Dispute Resolution Group in Geneva.
His practice mainly focuses on white-collar crime and tax fraud proceedings,
corporate and banking investigations as well as on international mutual legal
assistance in criminal, administrative and tax matters. He advises both
individuals and corporate clients on domestic and cross-border issues.
After obtaining a Bachelor's degree from the University of Fribourg in 2011,
Charles Goumaz graduated from the same institution in 2012 (Master of Law).
During his studies, he also completed the Tax and Corporate Law modules of a
Master in International and European Business Law at the Universidad
Pontificia Comillas in Madrid. After his studies, Charles Goumaz worked as a
trainee attorney for the Geneva Tax Authority.
In 2013, he joined our firm as a trainee lawyer and became subsequently an
associate after his admission to the Swiss Bar in 2015.
Charles Goumaz is a member of the Geneva Bar Association (OdA) and of the
Association Genevoise de Droit des Affaires (AGDA).
