A welcome desk will be at the participants’ disposal on Monday 16th May from 5 p.m. to 7:30

Delegates should inquire about parking facilities at their hotel.

Bus transportation will be provided between the hotels and the conference venue, as well as
between the hotels and the Cercle municipal and the Castle of Vianden.

Registration (Badges)
For security reasons, all participants are invited to wear their identification badge during
meetings and events.
Badges are provided in the hotels on Monday 16th May from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and at
Luxexpo on Tuesday 17th May and Wednesday 18th May from 8:15 a.m. If you lose your
badge, please immediately report the loss to the registration desk.
