Biography Sylvie Ferland is a paralegal since 1989. She joined Monette Barakett in 1993 and, since 2013, she offers professional services as a freelancer, continuing her collaboration with Monette Barakett. She began her career in Business Law where she received the sustained training that allows her to accurately interpret corporate laws and assist lawyers in the execution of their mandates. Her position in Monette Barakett gave her the opportunity to continue her training and her knowledge of religious institutions and charities rights, which allowed her to control their operating regime while continuing to assist the firm’s lawyers in Business Law.
