FICHE POLARISÉE (UNE LAME EST PLUS LARGE
QUE L'AUTRE), UN ÉLÉMENT DE SÉCURITÉ QUI
PERMET DE RÉDUIRE LE RISQUE DE CHOC ÉLECTRIQUE. CETTE FICHE PEUT ÊTRE
BRANCHÉE À UNE PRISE POLARISÉE DANS UN SEUL SENS. SI LA FICHE NE S'INSÈRE
PAS ENTIÈREMENT DANS LA PRISE, INVERSEZ-LA. SI CELA NE FONCTIONNE PAS,
COMMUNIQUEZ AVEC UN ÉLECTRICIEN QUALIFIÉ. N'UTILISEZ JAMAIS CETTE LAMPE
AVEC UNE RALLONGE ÉLECTRIQUE SI LA FICHE NE PEUT ÊTRE ENTIÈREMENT

DIRECTIVES D’ASSEMBLAGE POUR sku#9386111
1. Sortez toutes les pièces de la boîte et déposez-les sur une surface plane,
propre et protégée.
2. Tirez doucement sur le cordon du socle de lampe (H) afin de retirer l’excès
du cordon se retrouvant à l’intérieur des tubes.
3. Vissez le tube (G) sur le socle de lampe (H).
4. Vissez la partie supérieure avec abat-jour (F) sur le tube (G).
5. Utilisez la clé Allen (E) pour ajuster les trois abat-jour à la même hauteur
horizontale et dans la même direction.
6. Installez 3 abat-jour en acrylique (B) sur les 3 douilles (A) et maintenez-les en
place à l’aide de 3 bagues de fixation (C).
7. Insérez 3 ampoules standard de type A (non comprises), maximum 40 W

THIS PORTABLE LAMP HAS A POLARIZED PLUG (ONE BLADE IS WIDER THAN THE
OTHER) AS A SAFETY FEATURE TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. THIS PLUG
WILL FIT IN A POLARIZED OUTLET ONLY ONE WAY. IF THE PLUG DOES NOT FIT FULLY
IN THE OUTLET, REVERSE THE PLUG. IF IT STILL DOES NOT FIT, CONTACT A QUALIFIED
ELECTRICIAN. NEVER USE WITH AN EXTENSION CORD UNLESS THE PLUG CAN BE
FULLY INSERTED. DO NOT MODIFY THE PLUG.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR sku#9386111
1.
Remove all the lamp parts from the box and lay them on a flat, clean and
protected surface.
2.
Gently pull the cable at the lamp base “H” to remove additional cable in
the tubes.
3.
Screw tube “G” onto lamp base “H”.
4.
Screw lamp shade assembly part “F” onto tube “G”.
5.
Use Allen key “E” to adjust the three lamp shades to the same horizontal
level and in the same direction.
6.
Install 3 acrylic lamp shades “B” onto 3 sockets “A” and fasten with 3 lamp
rings “C”.
7.
Insert 3 standard Type A bulbs (not included), maximum 40W each.
