Il Gruppo composto da ITALCUSCINETTI S.p.A.,
SHANGHAI ITALCUSCINETTI CO., LTD, OT SEALS S.r.l., e
LINEARTECK S.r.l., conta uno Staff di 130 collaboratori
circa, ed un’area di magazzino di 20.000 mq.
Italcuscinetti Group si presenta sul mercato come una
tra le maggiori realtà di distribuzione di articoli tecnici
industriali esistenti sul mercato Europeo e Mondiale,
ponendo quale obiettivo principale della propria Mission
aziendale, la massima soddisfazione della Clientela.
Italcuscinetti, può vantare un servizio che permette ai
Distributori preferenziali di attingere alle informazioni
del Gruppo, collegandosi e consultando le disponibilità
di magazzino, gestendo direttamente i propri ordini

or directly to manufactures operating in the different fields.
In Italcuscinetti Group the customer finds an ideal partner, able to provide just-in-time
and Kanban deliveries according to the lean manufacturing principles.
Les produits commercialisés par Italcuscinetti Groupe sont pour la plupart vendus
par des Distributeurs et des Revendeurs. Cependant ils peuvent être aussi bien remis
directement á des Constructeurs appartenant á différents secteurs d’activités.

Tutta la produzione Italcuscinetti Group viene realizzata
mediante l’utilizzo di macchine a controllo numerico,
moderne, capaci ed allineate alle più aggiornate tecnologie
di produzione disponibili.
Tra le voci tecnologiche più significative vogliamo
ricordare:
SPC: tutte le lavorazioni caratteristiche sono monitorate
mediante il controllo statistico di processo e carte X/R.
MACCHINE CNC: che garantiscono la ripetibilità e la
costanza di qualità e permettono la esecuzione di
tolleranze geometriche e dimensionali più spinte.
TRATTAMENTI TERMICI IN LINEA: processi di T.T.
computerizzati di tempra e raffreddamento che
ottimizzano la microstruttura e la grana del materiale.
RETTIFICA DI SUPERFINITURA: garantisce valori di finitura
superficiale costanti ed elevati standard di rugosità
superficiale.

Italcuscinetti Group’s entire production range is
manufactured with the use of modern, efficient numerical
control machines featuring the most up-to-the-minute
production technologies available.
Here are some of the more significant technological
characteristics:
SPC: all the typical machining processes are monitored by
means of statistical process control principles and X/R charts.
CNC MACHINES: ensure fade-free, repeatable quality and
allow the most stringent geometric and dimensional
tolerance margins to be achieved.
THERMAL TREATMENTS IN LINE: computerized tempering
and cooling T.T. processes that optimize the microstructure
and grain of the materials.
PRECISION GRINDING: guarantees constant surface finish
values and high standards of surface roughness.

Le specifiche di qualità richieste da Italcuscinetti Group, prevedono controlli sia sulla materia prima che sulla intera produzione,
che viene realizzata secondo i criteri del controllo statistico di processo. La produzione è affidata a macchinari moderni, attrezzato
con automatismi e controlli on line che garantiscono la ripetibilità e la costanza della qualità.
The companies are selected through inspections and approved on the basis of internal procedures.
The quality specifications required by Italcuscinetti Group impose controls of both raw materials and the whole manufacturing, which is

un’attività continua di aggiornamento e formazione per cogliere le variazioni del mercato. Per questo motivo, nella
sede centrale di ISB, periodicamente si svolgono corsi di formazione di carattere tecnico/commerciale, in grado di
rilasciare competenze tecniche applicative di prodotto e competenze commerciali di vendita. I corsi di formazione si
rivolgono sia ai distributori che agli utilizzatori finali. Per i rivenditori questi corsi sono ottime opportunità formative
per istruire il proprio personale di vendita circa la vasta gamma di prodotti del gruppo, la sua commercializzazione
e presentazione sul mercato di riferimento, tutti gli aspetti tecnici per ciascun prodotto, senza tralasciare specifiche

without the support of an effective and widespread
commercial network and without a continuous update and
training to catch the new market trends. For this reason
at the ISB headquarter training courses are periodically
organized to build and improve technical sales skills as well
as product applications knowledge. The training courses are
addressed to both distributors and final users; for the first
ones they represent a huge opportunity to instruct their sales
force about the wide assortment of the Group, its technical
features, its commercialization and its introduction on the
market with special sessions of the courses dedicated to the
marketing strategies. For the final users the goal of the training
courses is to inform about the technical characteristics of
the ISB products, the product development, the improved

Italcuscinetti S.p.A. was established in 1981 in Rubiera
(Reggio Emilia). The company, is strategically positioned
near major motorway junctions, making it easy to reach by
both Customers and Suppliers. We employ a workforce of 80
persons and operate at a site with 10,000 mq. of roofed area,
2,000 of which is dedicated to offices and 8,000 is used as
warehouse space. The majority of processes are highly
automated, to ensure excellent customer services.
The Managerial Staff at Italcuscinetti has thirty years’
experience in the business, while the company

MAGASIN DE STOCKAGE
Italcuscinetti, trasferitasi nella nuova sede, opera su un
area che si estende per 10.000 mq., di cui 8.000 mq. dedicati
esclusivamente al magazzino. La creazione del nuovo
magazzino, completamente razionalizzato ed automatizzato
per l’utilizzo di commissionatori filoguidati con uomo a
bordo, terminali in radiofrequenza e lettori di codici a barre,
ha consentito una maggior celerità nella gestione delle merci
al ricevimento e nella preparazione degli ordini che possono
essere evasi in tempo reale, riducendo così l’intervallo tra
l’arrivo dell’ordine e la consegna dei prodotti. Gli ordini
programmati avranno sempre più garanzie di puntualità
nell’evasione. La preparazione degli ordini viene gestita e
guidata dal sistema. L’imballaggio del materiale avviene
attraverso una linea automatizzata, che consente le seguenti
operazioni: chiusura, nastratura, etichettatura, controllo del
contenuto mediante pesatura dei cartoni. Queste operazioni
automatizzate, consentono di ridurre sensibilmente i tempi
e gli errori nella preparazione e nell’evasione degli ordini.

8,000 of which are used exclusively as warehouse space.
The creation of a new, completely rationalised and
automated warehouse, with wire guided order picking
trucks with an operator on board, RF terminals and bar
code readers, has considerably speed up the goods
handling process, from reception to real time order
preparation and dispatching, cutting the time between the
receipt of an order and the effective delivery of the product.
Scheduled orders will therefore become even more punctual.
Order preparation is managed and guided by the
system.
Packing is carried out by an automated line, which
performs the following functions: box closing, taping,
labelling and content checking by box weight.
These automated operations considerably reduce
time and errors in the preparation and execution
of orders.

Installée dans ses nouveaux espaces qui couvrent
10 000 mètres carrés la société Italcuscinetti dispose des
8.000 mètres carrés réservés uniquement au stockage.
Le magasin semi-automatisé dispose de chariots
élévateurs filoguidés avec un homme a bord muni de
terminaux en radio fréquences et lecteurs de bars-codes,
qui permettent une meilleure gérance des produits,
temps a la réception que dans préparation et l’expédition
des commandes, de façon à ce que l’intervalle entre la
réception de la commande et la livraison soi le plus réduit
possible, il est ainsi possibilité d’expédier en temps réel
le matériel. Les commandes programmées ou cadencées
auront naturellement un délai d’avantage précises.
Les commandes sont gérées automatiquement par un
système informatique qui prévoit entre autre l’emballage et
l’étiquetage des colis, le contrôle du contenu se vérifiant
par le poids. Ces automatisations permettent donc de réduire
de façon considérable les délais et les risques d’erreurs pour
tout ce qui concerne la préparation et l’envoi des commandes.

specializzare un ramo di business della casa madre
Italcuscinetti Group. Sin dalle prime fasi ha operato nel
settore delle guarnizioni, sia con prodotti standard che
su disegno del Cliente, fornendo in particolare al settore
industriale materiale ad alto contenuto tecnologico.

complessiva di oltre 7000 mq, situata in una nuova
zona industriale a Rubiera - Reggio Emilia - lungo l’asse
logistico Bologna/Milano, fulcro delle attività produttive
del Nord Italia. In posizione strategica e vicina ai più
importanti nodi autostradali, è facilmente raggiungibile
e serve rapidamente tutto il territorio italiano ed europeo.

vastissima disponibilità di magazzino, perfettamente
in linea con la Mission di Servizio Totale al Cliente
