La vigne est une plante qui accompagne les hommes depuis des temps
immémoriaux. Aujourd’hui elle est menacée : nombreuses maladies et perte
de diversité des cépages. Le sol s'est aussi compacté dans les vignobles et la
biodiversité des paysages viticoles s'est fortement appauvrie. La viticulture
biodynamique intéresse de plus en plus de viticulteurs. Dans ce contexte,
ce congrès propose d’éclairer les questions suivantes : Comment comprendre
les fondements de la viticulture biodynamique? Quelle est la nature spécifique
de la vigne ? Comment la multiplier, la cultiver, la soigner, la tailler en
respectant cette nature ? Quel aménagement du paysage viticole peut soutenir
et renforcer la santé du vignoble ? Comment comprendre les substances
intervenant dans la vinification ? Et quel est le rôle du vigneron aujourd’hui?
The vine is a plant that has accompanied mankind since remote times.
Nowadays the vine is endangered. Many diseases and the loss of the diversity
of varietals present urgent problems. Furthermore, soil compaction and
biodiversity loss in vineyard landscapes pose additional challenges. In their
quest for solutions, ever more wine growers become interested in biodynamic
wine growing. In this context, this conference will address the following
questions: How to understand the foundations of biodynamic wine growing?
What is the nature of the vine? How to best cultivate, care for and prune the
vine? What landscape components can promote the health of the vine? How
can we understand the substances used in the production of wine? What is the
role of the wine grower nowadays?
Pour favoriser les échanges au-delà des frontières, ce congrès a lieu à Colmar,
capitale historique de la viticulture alsacienne. Pour découvrir concrètement
l’œuvre de Rudolf Steiner le scientifique et philosophe autrichien et fondateur
de la biodynamie nous aurons le 17 novembre une visite et présentation
commentée du Goetheanum (Dornach près de Bâle/Suisse) et son parc-jardin,
centre mondial des initiatives de Steiner (agriculture biodynamique, pédagogie
Steiner, médecine, etc.) qui permettra de remonter à la « source ».
To enhance the exchange, this conference will take place in Colmar –
the historical capital of the Alsatian wine growing region. To get in touch with
the work of Rudolf Steiner – an Austrian phiolospher and sicentist who founded
biodynamic agriculture – we will spend half a day in Dornach (near
Basel/Switzerland) and visit the Goetheanum and its garden park – the world
wide centre of Steiner initiatives (biodynamic agriculture, Waldorf pedagogy,
anthroposophic medicine etc.). This visit shall bring us closer to the roots of
biodynamic agriculture.
Le travail de réflexion sera enrichi de moments conviviaux (dégustation, repas
festif, spectacle).

The workshops will be held in French, English and German
Die Rebe ist eine Pflanze, die die Menschen seit Urzeiten begleitet. Heute ist sie
bedroht. Viele Krankheiten und ein Verlust an Biodiversität der Rebsorten stellen
dringende Probleme dar. Auch verdichtet sich der Boden in den Weinbergen immer
mehr und die Artenvielfalt der Weinberglandschaften verarmt. Auf der Suche nach
Lösungen interessieren sich immer mehr Winzer für den biodynamischen Weinbau.
In diesem Zusammenhang wird diese Tagung folgenden Fragen nachgehen: Wie
kann man die Grundlagen des biodynamischen Weinbaus verstehen? Was ist die
Natur der Rebe? Wie kann man ihr beim Anbauen, Pflegen, Schneiden gerecht
werden? Welche Gestaltung der Landschaft kann ihre Gesundheit fördern? Wie
kann man die Substanzen der Weinverarbeitung verstehen? Was ist die Rolle des
Winzers heute?
Um den Austausch über die Grenzen hinweg zu fördern, wird diese Tagung in
Colmar, der historischen Hauptstadt des elsässischen Weinbaus, stattfinden.
Um konkret das Werk Rudolf Steiners – er war österreichischer Wissenschaftler,
Philosoph und Gründer der Biodynamik - kennenzulernen, werden wir einen halben
Tag in Dornach (bei Basel/Schweiz) verbringen. Ein Besuch des Goetheanum mit
seinem Gartenpark, Weltzentrum der Initiativen Steiners (biologisch-dynamischer
Landbau, Waldorf-Pädagogik, anthroposophische Medizin usw.), soll uns näher
zum Ursprung des Impulses bringen.
Die inhaltliche Arbeit wird durch gemütliche Momente wie Degustationen,
festliches Essen und Schauspiel bereichert.
Die Tagung wird von der Sektion für Landwirtschaft und Demeter-International
e.V. in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Mouvement d'Agriculture Bio-Dynamique und
Demeter-Frankreich veranstaltet.
