Le tournoi des Hauts-Valies de Lille : un grand rassemblement de l’Ovalie dans le haut de la France
Notre tournoi s’est imposé comme le plus grand tournoi au Nord de Paris et un rendez-vous incontournable de début
de saison pour les benjamins et les minimes, grâce aux plateaux, au niveau et au jeu des éditions précédentes.
Une adresse désormais incontournable du jeune rugby international
Des délégations venues d’Afrique du Sud, d’Irlande, d’Angleterre, d’Allemagne, de Belgique, du Luxembourg et des
quatre coins de la France ont fait la réputation et la valeur des Hauts-Valies !

Le 29 octobre 2011, 16 équipes benjamins et 16 équipes minimes se retrouveront et se rencontreront pour tenter
d’inscrire leur nom à un palmarès déjà prestigieux.

La prochaine cuvée est prometteuse : les Anglais des Saracens et les Ecossais de Dundee ont déjà confirmé leur venue !
Nous sommes en contact avec des clubs de l’hémisphère Sud et d’Europe, ainsi que de beaux noms du rugby français.

The Lille rugby school (Lille university club rugby school) is very proud to
invite you to its 6th international tournament on Saturday october 29th
2011.
The tournament is planned for the U-13s (11 players) and for the u-15s (12
players).
The french age groups U13 is for the players born in 2000-1999 but some
players born between September and Decembre 1998 are autorized.
The french age groups U15 is for the players born in 1998-1997 but some
players born between September and Decembre 1996 are autorized.
The tournament will take place on the premises of the university sports
complex.
The Hauts Valies of Lille have now become a great gathering of rugby after
five editions and will be the place to be…
We are welcoming teams from the South hemisphere, Northern Europe,
and different parts of France
The South African selection of players NASVED, the Britons from Market
Bosworth and Windsor, Suresnes, Orsay, Nuits st Georges, and LOU (from
Lyon), FC Grenoble, Aviron Bayonnais have already won the competition.
While keeping the friendly and convivial atmosphere of our tournament
we wish to get a still higher level of game and it is the reason why you are
invited. We are relying on you!
The total number of teams is limited to16 in each category and the first
answers will get the priority.
We would be delighted if you could answer to tell about your participation
as soon as possible (please let us know very quickly mai 30th being the
deadline)

Friday october 28th
Afternoon : arrival and reception of the delegations.
Each club will be welcome and guided by a referent
during the whole tournament
6pm : opening ceremony in the townhall of Lille
Dinner : in the LUC premises
Saturday october 29th
Tournament from 9.30 am on teams will be dispatched in four groups of four teams
Afternoon : final phases and ranking matches
Finals : 4.30 pm
Rewards : 5 pm
Gala Diner : from 8.30 pm
L’ O R G A N I S A T I O N
Meals:
Friday evening meal, breakfast on saturday (if necessary) lunch afternoon snack and dinner will be served
under the tent in the LUC.
The tournament will end on Saturday evening with a
special evening and an official dinner
Sandwiches will be prepared for the teams wishing
to leave immediately after the rewards
Fees :
friday evening meal : € 10 / person
saturday meal (lunch packets) : € 6 / person
Saturday evening meal (for players) or Gala diner (for
adults) : € 10 / person
Tournament : € 80 for each team participating
