Unser Programm in der Baureihe GSH wurde
um die GSH 600/1600 ergänzt, die noch höhere
Durchsätze z.B. bei der Flaschenkastenzerkleinerung erzielt und auch für den mobilen Einsatz
auf einem Trailer hervorragend geeignet ist.
Unser neu entwickelter Einwellen-Shredder mit
einer Arbeitsbreite von 2,6 m tritt an, um immer größer werdende Teile okönomisch in einem Schritt zu zerkleinern. Ein weiterer Vorteil
besteht, trotz der großen Arbeitsbreite, in der
Transportfähigkeit auf einem Standard-LKW.

The product spectrum in our GSH series has
expanded to include the GSH 600/1600 which
achieves a significantly higher capacity rate with
bottle size reduction and is also designed as a
mobile unit for trailer mounting.
Our latest development is a single shaft shredder
with a working of 2,6 meters which increases our
versitility and allows us to offer a shredder for
operation as a single stage. Although the shredder has a 2,6 meter width, another advantage
is it’s design for transport on a standard truck
trailer.

Brikettierpressen | New briquette presses
Wir haben unser Produktprogramm um leistungsfähige Brikettierpressen erweitert und sind somit in der
Lage, ein Komplettsortiment für die Holz verarbeitende Industrie anzubieten.
Auf Grund der standardisierten modularen Auslegung
der Pressen ist es möglich, sie an die individuellen
Anforderungen der Kunden anzupassen. Die Produktion erfolgt im Zuzenhausener Werk am Standort
Deutschland. Je nach Anwendungsfall und geforderter Durchsatzleistung stehen drei Baureihen „ZBP
50“, „ZBP 60“ und „ZBP 70“ zur Verfügung.
Alle Maschinen sind in der Basis- sowie in der „S“Ausführung lieferbar. Besonderes Merkmal der „S“Variante ist der erhöhte Druck der Hydraulik. In der
Presseinheit können somit die Materialien härter verpresst werden, wodurch die ausgetragenen Briketts
fester und kompakter werden.
Für noch höhere Durchsatzleistungen können sämtliche Baureihen auch als „DUO“-Varianten mit zwei
Presseinheiten ausgestattet werden.
Für die Anpassung an kundenspezifische Aufgabenstellungen steht eine
große Anzahl an Features wie z.B. Ölkühler, Brikettlängenmesser, Füllstandsüberwachung, Ölheizung zur Verfügung.
Alle Baugrößen können unter Filter- und
Absauganlagen eingebaut werden.
Des Weiteren baut die Firma AMIS im Werk Zuzenhausen Trogkettenförderer, für kundenspezifische
Anforderungen und Vorgaben. Die Trogkettenförderer
werden nach unseren ZERMA Einwellen-Shreddern
der Baureihe ZWS (Arbeitsbreiten von 600 – 2600
mm) eingesetzt, anstelle von Förderbändern. Optional kann man hier noch einen Trommelmagneten und
Verteilförderer für die Beschickung von Silos/Bunker
montieren.
We have expanded our product range by powerful briquetting and are thus able to offer a complete range of
products for the woodworking industry.
Due to the standardized modular design of the presses, it is possible to adapt them to the requirements
of individual customers. The production is in Zuzenhausen Germany. Depending on the application and
the required throughput capacity, three series „ZBP
50“, „ZBP 60“ and „ZBP 70“ are available.
All machines are available in the base and in the „S“
AMIS Brikettierpressen
version. Special feature of the „S“ variant is the
increased pressure of the hydraulic system. In
the pressing unit, the materials can thus be
pressed harder, whereby the discharged solid
briquettes and more compact.
For even higher throughput, all series are
also equipped as „DUO“ models with two press
units. For adaptation to specific customer tasks,
a large number of features, such as oil cooler, briquette length control, level monitoring, oil heating.
All presses can be integrated into existing systems.
Furthermore, company AMIS is building chain conveyors, for custom requirements and specifications.
The chain conveyors are used for our ZERMA singleshaft shredders series ZWS (working widths from 600
- 2600 mm) instead of conveyor belts. Optionally, you
can still mount a drum magnet and distributing conveyor for loading the silo / bunker.
