“La Cour des Capucins has all the right ingredients to become a real driving force for the town centre, confirming
itself as a friendly, local place. With this new shopping centre, a complete retail offer is within arm’s reach of
Thionville’s population,” says Stéphane Delmas, Director of La Cour des Capucins (previously Director of Bercy
Villlage).
“La place des Capucins (Capucins Square) onto which one of the entrances opens is a true architectural delight,
a harmonious blend of the ancient and modern with renovated buildings and al fresco dining in a fun and friendly
atmosphere, ideally situated to take advantage of good weather. It sets us apart!” adds Arnaud Vincent, Assistant
Operational Director.
“Our Group has real expertise in urban regeneration reflected by two recent projects: the Espace SaintChristophe in Tourcoing and La Cour des Capucins, soon to open in Thionville. La Cour des Capucins’ retail
offering is a perfect complement to the existing businesses in the town. Its full integration into Thionville’s
landscape is designed to boost the entire town center and provide new commercial traffic," states Gilles
Boissonnet, Chairman of the Executive Board of Altarea France.
