mais également ses chemins de
randonnée dans la montagne et
bien sur l’Espagne à 40 km environ.

the sea and the huge fine sandy
beaches around 10 kms away,
not to mention the forest with
its pine and cork-oak trees, or its
peaceful lakes and streams. On
the other side there is the Basque
country with its traditional towns
and villages such as Bayonne or
Biarritz.
Its beaches are well worth a visit,
(especially if you love surfing) in
addition to its hiking trails in the
mountains, and of course Spain,
just 40 kms away.

Locations
1 - La durée de location ne peut être inférieure à une
semaine en juillet et août. Le contrat de réservation doit être
impérativement signé et accompagné du règlement représentant l’acompte de 25% du montant du séjour, plus de 30E (frais
de dossier).
2 - La location ne devient effective qu’avec notre accord et
après réception du versement.
Retard
3 - En l’absence de message écrit du campeur précisant qu’il
a dû différer la date de son arrivée, l’emplacement devient
disponible 24 heures après la date d’arrivée prévue dans le
contrat de location et le paiement des prestations demeure
exigé. Les messages téléphoniques ne sont pas admis.
Annulation
4 - En cas d’annulation, il vous sera retenu, ou vous resterez à
devoir:
- les frais de dossier de location et d’assurances
- à titre d’indemnité de rupture de contrat:
un montant égal à 25% du coût intégral du séjour, si vous annulez plus de 30 jours avant la date prévue d’arrivée. un montant
égal au total du séjour, si vous annulez moins de 31 jours avant
la date prévue d’arrivée, ou si vous ne vous présentez pas à
cette date.
Assurance annulation
5 - Une assurance annulation vous est proposée dans votre
contrat de location. Cette assurance vous rembourse l’indemnité de rupture du contrat ci-dessus indiquée, selon les conditions prévues au contrat (www.campez-couvert).
Paiements
6 - Pour les emplacements, le solde du séjour est exigible à l’arrivée, payable le jour de l’arrivée.
7 - Pour une location, le solde du séjour est exigible 1 mois avant
la date d’arrivée indiquée sur le contrat. Tout séjour commencé
est dû dans sa totalité suivant les dates indiquées sur la présente demande. Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué.
8 - Aucune réduction ne sera consentie en cas d’arrivée retardée ou de départ anticipé.
9 - Pour toute modification des dates de séjour, il ne pourra être
garanti le même emplacement.
Modes de paiement
10 - Tous les versements sont à effectuer à l’ordre de la S.A.R.L
LOU P’TIT POUN, par mandat postal, par chèque postal ou bancaire, ou encore par chèques vacances ou carte visa.
Caution
11 - Pour les hébergements locatifs, une caution de 220E et une
caution de 85E seront déposées à l’arrivée et restituées en fin
de séjour, déduction faite, éventuellement du coût du matériel
manquant et des frais de remise en état de ménage.
Confirmation de réservation
12 - Au reçu du présent contrat, accompagné du versement
de l’acompte, il vous sera adressé un accusé de réception et
un inventaire du matériel mis à disposition.

13 - Ce contrat est nominatif, strictement personnel et non cessible.
Modifications
14 - En basse saison, ou pour des raisons indépendantes de la
volonté de la Direction du camping, celle-ci se réserve le plein
droit de modifier, voire de supprimer certaines installations et
aménagement ou prestations et animations prévues.

Règlement intérieur
16 - Tout campeur est tenu de se conformer aux dispositions
du Règlement Intérieur du Camping qui peut être envoyé sur
simple demande.
Important: Les animaux ne sont pas admis dans les bassins et
dans les locations, et la circulation automobile est interdite
entre 22h30 et 7h30.
En cas de litige, seul le tribunal de Dax sera compétent.
RENTALs
1 - The rental period may not be less than a week in
July and August. The reservation contract must imperatively be
signed and accompanied by your payment, which should be
equal to: A down payment of 25% of the total cost of your stay,
plus a 30E administration charge.
2 - The rental only becomes effective after our approval, and
after the payment has been received.
Delays/late arrival
3 - Unless a written message is received from the camper clearly
stating that he has had topostpone the date of his arrival, the
pitch becomes available for re-allocation 24 hours after the arrival
date stated in the rental contract. In this case, payment for your
stay will remain due. Telephone messages will not be accepted.
Cancellation
4 - In the event of cancellation, the following sums will either be
deducted or will remain payable by you if you have not already
paid them:
- The administration charge for the rental and the insurance
- The following indemnity for breach of contract: A sum equal
to 25% of the total cost of the stay, if you cancel more than 30
days before the scheduled date of arrival. A sum equal to the
total cost of the stay if you cancel less than 31 days before the
scheduled date of arrival or if you do not arrive on this date.
Cancellation insurance
5 - Cancellation insurance is proposed to you in your rental
contract. This insurance provides you with a refund for the
breach of contract indemnity described above, as per the
conditions detailed in the contract (www.campez-couvert).
Payments
6 - For the pitches, the balance for your stay becomes due
upon arrival and is payable on the day of arrival.
7 - For rented accommodation, the balance for your stay is due
1 month before the date of arrival shown on the contract. Once
started, a stay is payable in full as per the dates shown on this
bill. No refunds will be made.
8 - No reductions will be granted for cases of late arrival or early
departure.
9 - If any changes are made to the dates of your stay, we cannot guarantee that you will be allocated the same pitch.
Payment methods
10 - All payments should be made out to S.A.R.L. LOU P’TIT
POUN, by postal money order, cheque or postal cheque, or by
chèques vacances (French holiday coupons) or Visa card.
DEPOSIT
11 - For rented accommodation, a deposit of 220E and a deposit of 85E must be paid upon arrival. This will be returned at
the end of your stay following any possible deductions made for
missing items and the cost of returning the accommodation to
its original condition of cleanliness.
Reservation confirmation
12 - When we receive the present contract accompanied by
your down payment, we will send you an acknowledgement and
an inventory of the various equipment made available to you.
ContraCt
13 - This contract is issued to you alone, as a named person. It is
strictly personal in nature and may not be transferred to anyone else.
Modifications
14 - During the low season, or for reasons outside the control of
the campsite management team, we reserve the right to modify or even to cancel or abandon, certain facilities, services
and entertainment features.

15 - I, the undersigned, declare that I have read the reservation conditions and that I accept these. Civil responsability insurance obligatory.
Site rules
16 - All campers are required to observe the site rules for the
camp site. These can be sent to you upon request.
Important: Pets are not allowed in the pools and in the rented
accommodation, and vehicles may not be driven on site
between 10.30 PM and 7.30 AM. In the event of litigation, only
the court of Dax will be considered competent.
HUUR
1 - In juli en augustus bedraagt de huurperiode minimaal één week. De reserveringsovereenkomst dient ondertekend en teruggezonden te worden, samen met een aanbetaling van 25% van de huurprijs, plus euros 30 administratiekosten.
2 - De huur wordt pas definitief na goedkeuring van ons en na
ontvangst van de aanbetaling.
Verlate aankomst
3 - Indien de kampeerder niet schriftelijk meldt dat hij de aankomstdatum heeft moeten uitstellen, komt de staanplaats 24 uur
na de in de huurovereenkomst vermelde aankomstdatum weer
ter beschikking van de camping en blijft de kampeerder betaling
van het verhuurde schuldig. Telefonische berichtgeving wordt niet
inaanmerking genomen.
Annulering
4 - In geval van annulering wordt ingehouden of blijft u verschuldigd:
- de administratiekosten en de verzekering
- als vergoeding voor contractbreuk: een bedrag gelijk aan
25% van de volledige huurprijs, indien u meer dan 30 dagen
voor de geplande aankomstdatum annuleert. Een bedrag gelijk aan de volledige huurprijs, indien u minder dan 31 dagen
voor de geplande aankomstdatum annuleert, of indien u zich
op die dag niet meldt.
Annuleringsverzekering
5 - De overeenkomst biedt u de mogelijkheid een annuleringsverzekering af te sluiten. Deze verzekering vergoedt u de
bovenvermelde vergoeding voor contractbreuk, volgens de
voorwaarden in de overeenkomst (www.campez-couvert).
Betaling
6 - Voor de staanplaatsen is het saldo van de huurprijs bij aankomst opeisbaar en dient op de dag van aankomst betaald
te worden.
7 - Voor een huurverblijf is het saldo van de huurprijs opeisbaar
1 maand vóór de in de overeenkomst vermelde
aankomstdatum. Elk begonnen verblijf is in zijn geheel verschuldigd, op basis van de in deze aanvraag opgegeven data. Er
wordt geen enkele terugbetaling gedaan.
8 - Er wordt geen enkele korting toegekend in geval van verlate
aankomst of vroegtijdig vertrek.
9 - In geval van wijzigingen van de verblijfsdata, kan niet gegarandeerd worden dat u dezelfde staanplaats krijgt.
Betalingswijzen
10 - Alle betalingen dienen gedaan te worden ten name van
S.A.R.L LOU P’TIT POUN, via postwissel, post- of bankcheque,
vakantiebonnen of creditcard.
BORG
11 - Voor de huurverblijven worden bij aankomst een borg van
euros 220 en een borg van euros 85 gedeponeerd. Deze worden aan het einde van het verblijf teruggegeven, onder aftrek
van eventuele kosten van ontbrekend materiaal en eventuele
reparatiekosten.
Reserveringsbevestiging
12 - Bij ontvangst van deze overeenkomst, vergezeld van de aanbetaling, wordt u een ontvangstbevestiging toegezonden alsmede een inventaris van het ter beschikking gestelde materiaal.
Overeenkomst
13 - Deze overeenkomst is op naam, strikt persoonlijk en niet
overdraagbaar.
Wijzigingen
14 - In het laagseizoen of om redenen buiten de wil van de
campingdirectie om, behoudt deze zich het recht voor bepaalde voorzieningen, diensten of activiteiten te wijzigen of op
te heffen.
Reserveringsovereenkomst
15 - Ondergetekende verklaart kennis genomen te hebben
van de reserveringsvoorwaarden en deze te aanvaarden.
Kampeerreglement
16 - Alle kampeerders dienen zich te houden aan de bepalingen in het Kampeerreglement, dat op verzoek kan worden
toegezonden.
Belangrijk: Er zijn geen dieren toegestaan in de zwembaden en
in de huurverblijven, autorijden is verboden tussen 22.30 uur en
7.30 uur. In geval van een geschil is alleen de rechtbank van
Dax bevoegd.
Verkaufsbedingungen
Vermietung
1 - Die Mietdauer beträt in den Monaten Juli und August
mindestens eine Woche. Der Buchungsvertrag muss unbedingt
unterschrieben und durch eine Anzahlung von mindestens
25% der Gesamtkosten zusätzlich 30e (Bearbeitungsgebühr
und Stornierungsversicherung) bestätigt werden (Zahlung oder
Zahlungsnachweis muss beiliegen).
2 - Die Buchung erlangt erst mit unserem Einverständnis und
nach Eingang der Zahlung Gültigkeit.
Verspätung
3 - Liegt keine schriftliche Benachrichtigung des Campers vor,
die über seine Verspätung informiert, wird sein Platz 24 Stunden nach dem im Mietvertrag vorgesehenen Ankunftsdatum
wieder frei, und die Zahlung der Leistung bleibt weiterhin fällig.
Telefonische Benachrichtigungen sind nicht zulässig.
Stornierung
4 - Bei Stornierung behalten wir folgende Summe zurück, oder
Sie schulden uns folgende Summe:
- Bearbeitungsgebühr und Versicherungskosten
- Als Entschädigung für Vertragsbruch: Bei Stornierung mehr als
30 Tage vor geplantem Ankunftsdatum einen Betrag in Höhe von
25% der Gesamtkosten des Aufenthalts; bei einer Stornierung weniger als 31 Tagen vor Ankunftsdatum oder bei Nichterscheinen
zu diesem Datum den Gesamtbetrag für den Aufenthalt.
Stornierungsversicherung
5 - Bei Abschluss Ihres Mietvertrags wird Ihnen eine Stornierungsversicherung angeboten. Diese Versicherung erstattet Ihnen die
obenstehende Vertragsbruchentschädigung im Rahmen der im
Vertrag vorgesehenen Bedingungen (www.campez-couvert).
Zahlung
6 - Bei Stellplätzen ist die Gesamtsumme des Aufenthalts bei der
Ankunft fällig, und am Ankunftstag zu entrichten.
7 - Bei Mietobjekten ist die Gesamtsumme des Aufenthalts 1 Monat vor dem im Vertrag angegebenen Ankunftsdatum fällig. Jeder
angetretene Aufenthalt ist vollständig nach den auf der Buchung
angegebenen Daten fällig. Es werden keinerlei Kosten erstattet.
8 - Bei verspäteter Ankunft oder verfrühter Abfahrt werden
keine Ermäßigungen eingeräumt.
9 - Bei Änderung der Aufenthaltsdaten kann nicht derselbe
Stellplatz garantiert werden.
Zahlungsweise
10 - Alle Zahlungen sind an die SARL LOU P’TIT POUN per Postmandat, Post- oder Bankscheck oder mit Ferienschecks oder
Visa-Kreditkarte zu leisten.
Kaution
11 - Für die Mietobjekte muss eine Kaution von 220e und eine Kaution von 85e bei Ankunft hinterlegt werden. Zu Ende des Aufenthalts wird die Kaution unter Abzug der Erstattungskosten für eventuell fehlende Ausrüstung oder Reinigungskosten zurückerstattet.
Buchungsbestätigung
12 - Bei Eingang des vorliegenden Vertrags samt beiliegender
Zahlung oder Zahlungsnachweis wird Ihnen eine Empfangsbestätigung und eine Inventarliste mit dem zur Verfügung gestellten Material zugestellt.
Vertrag
13 - Dieser Vertrag wird namentlich abgeschlossen und ist streng
persönlich und nicht übertragbar.
Änderungen
14 - In der Nebensaison, oder bei Gründen, die nicht dem Willen
der Leitung unterliegen, behält sich diese vor, einige Installationen oder vorgesehenen Leistungen oder Veranstaltungen zu
ändern oder zu streichen.
Buchungsvertrag
15 - Der Unterzeichnende erklärt hiermit, die Buchungsbedingungen zur Kenntnis genommen zu haben und zu akzeptieren.
Camping-Ordnung
16 - Jeder Camper muss die Regeln der Camping-Ordnung befolgen, die auf einfache Anfrage zugesandt wird.
Wichtig: Haustiere sind in den Becken und den Mietobjekten
nicht zulässig, und Autofahren ist zwischen 22.30 Uhr und 7.30
Uhr untersagt.
Im Streitfall ist einzig der Gerichtshof von Dax kompetent.
