Drill two 5/16“ holes through the back of the britetread utility chest (A), using the approximate dimensions
shown below as a guide.

Peel the paper backing off of foam tape (I).

Place foam gasket (I) onto the bottom of britetread utility chest (A) as shown below.

Place plastic plugs (H) into the holes in the bottom of britetread utility chest (A).

Align the large hole in mounting bracket (B) and the hole that was drilled in Step 1. Temporarily
place the two 5/16 x 5/8“ clevis pins into the holes in the mounting brackets (B) and the holes in the
britetread utility chest (A) as shown below. Place the britetread utility chest (A) into the back of
your pickup truck bed. Note: Make sure that the britetread utility chest (A) is centered in the pickup
truck bed from side to side. Push the britetread utility chest (A) up to the front of the pickup truck
bed and use the two holes in mounting bracket (B) as a guide to mark the front of the pickup truck bed.
Pull the britetread utility chest (A) out away from the front of the pickup truck bed and use the marked
hole locations as a guide to drill a 1/4“ hole at each location. Now attach mounting brackets (B) to the
front of the pickup truck bed using 1/4 x 3/4“ hex head bolt (C) and 1/4” locknut (E). Tighten into place
using a 7/16“ wrench / or socket. Now push britetread utility chest (A) up to the front of the pickup
truck bed and align the holes in the britetread utility chest (A) with the hole in each of mounting
brackets (B). Place the 5/16 x 5/8“ clevis pin (F) and 5/16” flat washer (D) through both holes and
secure into place using hairpin cotter pin (G) as shown below.

emplacements marqués de trou comme guide pour forer un 1/4 " trou à chaque emplacement. Attachez
maintenant les supports (b) à l'avant du lit de petit camion en utilisant 1/4 x 3/4 " le boulon principal d'hexa
(c) et 1/4 " contre-écrou (e). Serrez dans l'endroit en utilisant un 7/16 " clé / ou plot. Maintenant poussez le
coffre de service de britetread (a) jusqu' à l'avant du lit de petit camion et alignez les trous dans le coffre de
service de britetread (a) avec le trou dans chacun de supports (b). Placez le 5/16 x le 5/8 " l'épingle de chape
(f) et 5/16 " rondelle plate (d) par des trous et les fixez dans l'endroit à l'aide de la goupille fendue d'épingle à
cheveux (g) comme montré ci-dessous.
