Secrétariat Technique Permanent PARIS RED MEDITERRÁNEA DE ORGANISMOS DE CUENCA - REMOC- Réseau International des Organismes de Bassin valencia 2003, November 10-12 PROGRAMA ASOCIADO RIOC/GWP : • Hermanamientos con el fin de permitir una cooperación directa entre organismos de cuenca existentes o en proceso de creación o piloto; • La movilización en los organismos de cuenca existentes de un apoyo profesional con el fin de facilitar la creación y el desarrollo de nuevos organismos de cuenca; • Una síntesis de los conocimientos y del "know-how" disponibles, mejores prácticas, la elaboración de recomendaciones y directivas y de módulos de capacitacion ; • La puesta en red de los sistemas de documentación sobre el agua que permite el acceso a nivel internacional a las informaciones institucionales, jurídicas, económicas y técnicas útiles y su compartimiento.
