Hôtel Astor Saint Honoré
Pour la rénovation de l’emblématique Hôtel Astor Saint Honoré, dans le 8ème arrondissement de Paris, le Groupe
Maranatha a désiré réunir les savoir-faire de notre agence à ceux du cabinet d’architecture d’intérieur le Studio Marc
Hertrich & Nicolas Adnet. Construit en 1907 pour Lord Astor dans un style Art Nouveau, l’hôtel a connu diverses
modifications qui lui donnent son aspect actuel. Le projet vise à redonner à l’édifice sa noblesse d’origine, notamment en
façade sur rue et dans les volumes intérieurs des chambres. La rénovation touchera également les 128 clés actuelles,
alors transformées en 125 chambres, les parties communes et locaux de services.
For the renovation of the emblematic Hotel Astor Saint Honoré located in the 8th district of Paris, the Group Maranatha
has wished to gather the expertise of both our agency and the interior design studio Marc Hertrich & Nicolas Adnet. Built
in 1907 for Lord Astor, the Art Nouveau style hotel has undergone various modifications during the years that led to its
present appearance. The project aims at restoring the original grandeur of the building, especially that of the street
facades and the interior volumes of the rooms. The renovation will also affect the current 128 rooms, then transformed
into 125, the common areas and the services spaces.
