Quelques années après la construction de L’Empire State,
Les 2 tours du World Trade Center furent construites et
devinrent le plus haut gratte-ciel de New York. Mais elles
furent détruites le 11 septembre 2001 par un attentat
terroriste.

A Manhattan, il ya aussi de très importants musées : Le
MOMA (Museum of Modern Art) et le Metropolitan
Museum of Art.
