The papers published in this volume have been formatted for consistency with little or no editing
of the authors’ content. All papers were published from electronic files transferred by the authors
using e-mail, diskette, or writeable CD. Due to differences in keyboard layouts and fonts used around
the world, however, some symbols were incorrect upon electronic transfer. Effort was made to
correct these symbols as thoroughly as possible.
Par souci d’uniformité, les documents publiés dans ce volume ont tous été mis au même format,
