The Customer named herein certifies that:
It is either a government educational entity or a full-time non-profit, tax exempt school, college or
university, whose primary purpose is to provide instruction to an enrolled body of students through a
full-time faculty: and it is licensed by the appropriate authority to confer degrees or diplomas.
Purchases under this Agreement must be for instructional or administrative use or academic
research by the students and faculty within Customer's own business enterprise and not for remarketing
purposes. Health care providers are not considered eligible institutions for the purpose of this Agreement
This Quotation is valid only for the period indicated. All Products and Services quoted are subject to the Agilent Terms and Conditions of Sales & Service (E16) [Revision B
12-June-2002 Rev.9] or Terms and Conditions for Automated Test Systems (ATE16) [ 12-June-2002 Rev.1] with respect to Automated Test Products and Services, unless you have
a previously signed agreement with Agilent covering such Products and Services, in which case the terms of that agreement will take precedence for those Products and Services
covered. A copy of the relevant Agilent Terms & Conditions is either attached or has been previously provided to you. Please contact us if you have not received a copy or require
an additional copy. Agilent expressly objects to any different or additional terms in your purchase/sales order documentation, unless agreed to in writing by Agilent. Product and
Service availability dates are estimated at the time of the quotation. Actual delivery dates or delivery windows will be specified at the time Agilent acknowledges and accepts your
