JULIE WYNNE
Julie Wynne is specialised in all aspects of
international estate planning, inheritance
law, art law and non-profit organisations.
Julie Wynne advises clients on Swiss and
international estate planning and relocation. She also provides advice in the field
of wills, probate and estate administration,
application of international succession
laws, including international inheritance
and tax issues.
Her work for charities and social enterprises includes structuring, fundraising,
tax advice and governance. She also
advises international charities on crossborder structures.
Julie Wynne is admitted to practice in
Switzerland since 2007. She holds a
Master of Laws from the Universities of
Geneva and Zurich (lic. iur., 2005), a

Certificate in Transnational Law from the
University of Geneva (2005), the STEP
Diploma in International Trust Management (2010) and the STEP Advanced
Certificate in Trust Disputes (2011). Julie
Wynne regularly publishes and speaks in
the field of estate planning and philanthropy. Her working languages are French,
English and Spanish.
Julie Wynne is a member of the Swiss
Bar Association (SAV/FSA), the Society of
Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP),
the Art Law Foundation, Giving Women
and the European Social Enterprise Law
Association. She is a member of the
Legal Committee of Sustainable Finance
Geneva and a Founding Member of
the Swiss Impact Enterprise Association.

le domaine des organisations caritatives
suisses et internationales.
Julie Wynne conseille ses clients en
matière de planification patrimoniale internationale et de redomiciliation. Elle les
assiste également dans le domaine
successoral : planification successorale,
règlement amiable ou contentieux de
successions nationales ou internationales
et analyse des incidences fiscales.
Elle conseille des organisations à but non
lucratif et assiste ses clients dans leurs
projets philanthropiques, notamment en
matière de constitution d’entités caritatives,
levée de fonds, questions fiscales, bonne
gouvernance et structuration d’antennes
étrangères.
Julie Wynne a été admise au barreau de
Genève en 2007. Elle a effectué ses études
aux Universités de Genève et de Zurich
(lic. iur.; 2005), détient un Certificat en droit
transnational de l’Université de Genève
(2005), le STEP Diploma in International
Trust Management (2010) et le STEP
Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes
(2011). Elle publie et donne régulièrement

Zu ihrer Tätigkeit für Non-Profit Organisationen gehören die nationale und
grenzüberschreitendende Strukturierung
sowie die Beratung beim Fund Raising,
in Steuer-, Strukturierungs- und Führungsfragen.
Julie Wynne ist seit 2007 in der Schweiz
als Anwältin zugelassen. Sie hat an
den Universitäten Genf und Zürich studiert
(lic. iur., 2005), und ein Certificate in
Transnational Law der Universität Genf
(2005), das STEP Diploma in International
Trust Management (2010) sowie das STEP
