Having considered a recommendation by François
Lapointe, on a motion of Richard Jennings, seconded
by Eric MacKenzie, IT WAS AGREED
UNANIMOUSLY that :
a. the 2005 Gatineau Park Master Plan and the
approval issued September 19, 2012, for the
naturalization and defragmentation of
Gamelin Street between the Gatineau
Parkway and Des Fées Street be modified;
b. the passage of ambulances during
emergencies be authorized between SaintRaymond Boulevard and Des Fées Street;
c. Phase 2 of the naturalization and
defragmentation of Gamelin Street between
the Gatineau Parkway and Saint-Raymond
Boulevard be approved.
2013-D06e - Confederation Boulevard - Sussex
Drive Rehabilitation – St. Patrick to King Edward
(D)
Ayant pris en considération une recommandation de
François Lapointe, sur une proposition de Richard
Jennings, appuyée par Eric MacKenzie, IL EST
CONVENU À L’UNANIMITÉ que :
a. le plan directeur du parc de la Gatineau 2005
et l’approbation émise le 19 septembre 2012
pour la naturalisation et défragmentation de
la rue Gamelin entre la promenade de la
Gatineau et le rue des Fées soient modifiés;
b. le passage des ambulances soit autorisé, en
situation d’urgence, entre le boulevard SaintRaymond et la rue des Fées;
c. la 2e phase des travaux du projet de
naturalisation et défragmentation de la rue
Gamelin entre la promenade de la Gatineau et
le boulevard Saint-Raymond soit approuvée.

UNANIMOUSLY that:

a. the recommended concept for the rehabilitation
of the segment of Confederation Boulevard
located between King Edward and St. Patrick
be endorsed including the need to relocate the
buildings on the NCC owned properties at 273
and 275-279 Sussex Drive, paid for by the City
of Ottawa;
a. le concept recommandé pour la réfection du
segment du boulevard de la Confédération situé
entre King Edward et St-Patrick soit approuvé,
ce qui comprend le déplacement des immeubles
situés sur les propriétés de la CCN au 273 et
aux 275-279, promenade Sussex, aux frais de la

the National Research Council Canada’s, the
National Gallery of Canada’s and Public Works
and Government Services Canada’s obligations
under the Canadian Environmental Assessment
Act, 2012 being fulfilled, with the board’s
decision entering into effect once these
obligations have been fulfilled;

costs, including applicable taxes, to a maximum

CEO for the signing of the said cost-sharing
agreement.

contract award for the Confederation Boulevard
Rehabilitation project on Laurier Street in Gatineau.
