The exlabesa Group was founded in 1966. It has three production plants dedicates to the extruding and finishing of
aluminium profiles for their markets in various industrial sectors all over the world. Despite its youth, it has accumulated

exlabesa produces 70000 tonnes of extruded profile per year, of which 30000 tonnes are powder coated and 15000
tonnes anodized. The group also dedicates an important part of its effort to research and development, creating

El grupo exlabesa nació en 1966. Cuenta con tres fábricas dedicadas a la elaboración y el
tratamiento de piezas en aluminio para su comercialización en distintos sectores industriales,
tanto en España como en el resto del mundo. A pesar de su juventud, acumula una gran

La compañía se mantiene en continuo crecimiento y mejora gracias a una constante

Le groupe exlabesa a été fondé en 1966. Il compte avec trois usines dédiées à l’élaboration
et le traitment des pièces en aluminium pour leur commercialisation dans divers secteurs
industriels, en tout le monde. Malgré sa jeunesse, exlabesa a acquis une grande expérience et
un caractère innovateur très prononcé.

Grupa exlabesa została założona w 1966 roku. Posiada 6 zakładów produkcyjnych, 3 w
Hiszpanii,1 w Wielkiej Brytanii, 1 w Polsce, 1 w USA i 1 w Maroko. Wszystkie fabryki zajmują się
ekstruzją aluminium i wykończeniem jego powierzchni dla różnych gałęzi przemysłu na całym

sistema productivo. Cada año puede extrusionar 70.000 TM de perfil.

have two wood imitation lines and one veneer. Annual production capacity is 30000 tonnes of painted section.
El grupo exlabesa dispone de cuatro lacados verticales y dos horizontales, con los que garantiza la máxima calidad, certificada por Qualicoat, en la más amplia gama de colores. También cuenta con dos líneas de
imitación de madera y una de rechapado. La capacidad anual de producción es de 30.000 TM de perfil lacado.
Le groupe exlabesa dispose de quatre unités de laquage vertical, et deux de laquage vertical, avec lesquelles est garanti la qualité au maximum, certifiée par Qualicoat, dans une ample gamme de couleurs. Il dispose
aussi de deux unités de laquage imitation bois et une de contreplaqué. La capacité de production annuelle est de 30.000 tonnes de profil laqué.

Die exlabesa Gruppe verfügt über vier vertikale und zwei horizontale Lackieranlagen in den verschiedensten Farben, mit denen die höchste Qualität garantiert ist, mit dem Zertifikat von Qualicoat. Die Firma verfügt
auch über zwei Anlagen für Holznachbildung, eine für Furniere, sowie eine horizontale Lackieranlage bis 14000 mm. Die jährliche Produktionskapazität beträgt 30.000 Tonnen lackiertes Profil.
