Im Objektgeschäft sind Teppichbodenfliesen eine beliebte Alternative zur
Bahnenware, besonders dort, wo Flexibilität durch Wiederaufnahmefähigkeit
gefordert ist. Einen Großteil unserer Tuftingprodukte, die wir als Bahnenware
und Coupon vermarkten, bieten wir Ihnen auch als Fliesenmodule an.
Ein entscheidender Punkt bei Teppichfliesen: die Rückenbeschichtung. Um die
bis dahin üblichen PVC- oder Bitumenbeschichtungen zu ersetzen, haben wir
2009 die TEXtiles-Technologie eingeführt – ein innovatives, umweltgerechtes
Beschichtungsverfahren. Damit ist Vorwerk der einzige vollstufige Teppichbodenhersteller, der eine SL-Fliesenfertigung am eigenen Standort realisiert hat.

Carpet tiles are a popular alternative to broadloom from
the roll in the business-site sector, especially when
flexibility through removability is called for. With our
tufted products, we offer a major portion of the selection
we market as broadloom or fabric remnants as tile
modules, too.
A decisive point when it comes to carpet tiles: the backing.
In 2009 we launched TEXtiles technology, an innovative,
environmentally conscionable coating procedure, to
replace the PVC or bitumen backing coatings that had
been customary before that. As a result, Vorwerk is the
only carpet manufacturer that has achieved heavy-duty tile
production at its own works.

TEXTILES SL
Dans les espaces professionnels, la dalle de moquette est
une alternative aux lés très appréciée, notamment pour sa
souplesse lors d’une dépose/repose. Une grande partie de
nos produits tuftés commercialisés en lés et en coupons
sont également proposés en dalles de moquette.
Ces derniers ont un atout majeur : leur revêtement sur
l’envers. Afin de remplacer les habituels revêtements à
base de PVC ou de bitume, nous avons lancé la technologie TEXtiles en 2009, un concept de revêtement innovant
et respectueux de l’environnement. Vorwerk est ainsi le
premier fabriquant de moquettes à concevoir une fabrication de dalles SL sur son site.
