GRAPE VARIETIES
40% Syrah, 40% Merlot, 20% Grenache
SOIL CHARACTERISTICS
Clay and limestone, with rolled pebbles from the foothills of the Corbières
mountain range.
VINIFICATION
Machine picked during the night. Several hours maceration with skins at low
temperature before pressing. After racking, alcoholic fermentation is checked at
18°C. The alcohol level is 13% alc/vol.
MATURING
This wine is bottled within 6 months of the harvest, and stored in air-conditioned
cellars

Best drunk within 2 years at 8°C. A crisp rosé redolent of wild berries, well cooled
