Chers nageurs,
Au nom de la Commission Nationale des Sports de Plongée je vous invite á participer au
Championnat de Natation avec Palmes Ouvert Hollandais 2015 qui aura lieu le weekend du 20 et
21 Juin 2015, au Stade de Natation Pieter van den Hoogenband à Eindhoven.
Cette année nous organisons cet évènement pour la 6ième fois au Stade de Natation Pieter van
den Hoogenband. Aujourd’hui, ce tournoi est devenu un grand évènement sportif auquel chaque
nageur peut participer: les petits, aussi que les vétérans, des Pays Bas et d’autres pays.
Et n’oublions pas tous les volontaires qui seront actifs, à coté de presque 170, pour assurer que
tout se passe bien pendant les deux jours de la compétition.

de nous faire parvenir le nombre de participants avant le 23 Mai et de vous inscrire avant le 12
Juin 2015 , 18h. J’espère de vous récevoir tous à Eindhoven, pour passer ensemble un weekend magnifique et
sportif, avec des bons résultats et un tounoi respectueux.

Rules
Participation in this contest is at your own risk. The organizer and the owner of the swimmingpool declines all responsibility, as there exists no insurance protection.
The International regulations of the CMAS (2013/01, valid from 1-1-2014)) and the contest rules
from the NOB from 2015 are valid. Swimming clubs acknowledged by the NOB can take part in
this competition. Foreign athletes must be in the possession of an international CMAS-licence.
This licence has to be valid on the day of the competition and must be shown to the organizers.
Before the start of the competition, the documents of the athletes will be checked at the official’s desk.
Each competitor must have had a sports examination within the last 12 months. Competitors without a certificate of this examination cannot participate in the competition.
In case of many applications for the 400FS, 400IML, 800FS, 800IM and 1500FS the organization reserves the right to register only the swimmers with the best entry time.
The Dutch organizations are required to provide a volunteer for every 5 participant for both
competition days. We request you to use the volunteer form, which we enclose with the application form. To foreign organizations, we request to indicate if a timer can be made available.
For each participant , a contact person and his / her contact details have to be known , who announced prior to the competition jury at the secretariat during the games accessible. This person is the contact person for the jury for questions, complaints and other issues during the games.
It is our wish to keep the finswimming clean, so we ask each team to sign a statement in which
the team leader specifies that his or her team does not use doping .
Dutch Championship
During the Dutch championship in each category the places 1, 2 and 3 among the Dutch swimmers
are rewarded with a medal.
Each swimmer will receive a certificate with the swimming results..
One Start Rule
There will be only one start. An early start will be disqualified, except when the starting device
is failing. The final decision is always to be made by the referees. Participants who move before
the start signal, or otherwise provoke the starting procedure, will be disqualified.

* If there are participants from different categories in a relay team, the highest category will apply. (Except
for a V, this will count as an A.) Exception: On request a V may choose to swim with the A’s.
** Regarding relay team: teams consist of ladies ór gentlemen. The relay team may have swimmers of different
associations but they must have the same nationality.
It is possible to refill your bottles with compressed air during the match (€ 0,50).
Protest (complaints)
Any protest (complaints) must be turned in, in writing, within 30 minutes after release of the
results. Protest fee € 50, 00. After granting there will be a refund.
Other protests regarding the contest should be made known to the tournament director or the
Presidency camp right before the end of the match.
Admittance
Confirmation of participation with number of athletes before 23 May 2015.
Definite application at the latest on 12 June 2015 before 18:00 p.m.

* After the registration date it is not allowed to add distances.
Application Fee
Per athlete:
€ 40,00 for two days, regardless of the number of swim distances
€ 25,00 for one day, regardless of the number of swim distances
The entry fee must be payed before Thursday, June 18, 2015 to bankaccountnr. 49.72.516 in
the name of E. Neehus, in Vinkeveen, with the name of your association and number of participants.
Canteen: beside the swimmingpool is Grand Café Swimmers.
