Booking procedure / Procedure de reservation: The participant is kindly requested to download the
“Hotel booking form” available on the conference’s EJTN’s webpage, to fill it in with all the requested data
and to send it to the indicated reference of the Escuela Judicial’s travel agency. The participant, while
booking will be requested by Ms. Ferrer to send his/her credit card details. On June 15th the participant will
be charged for the booking. Separately, at the hotel, the participant will be asked to pay only the city tax
(1,21€ per person per night) / Le participant est demandé de bien vouloir télécharger le formulaire de
réservation d’hôtel disponible a la page web du site REFJ, de le remplir dument et de le renvoyer à la
référence indiquée de l’agence de voyage de l’Escuela Judicial. Le participant, pendant sa réservation, sera
demandé de bien vouloir transmettre à Mme Ferrer la référence de sa carte de crédit. Le 15 juin le participant
sera chargé de sa reservation. Séparément, à l’hôtel, le participant sera demandé de bien vouloir payer la
city-tax (1,21€ par personne par nuit).
Pre-booking and deadline / Pre-reservation et date expiration: Please be informed that the
Escuela Judicial has kindly pre-booked the rooms at this hotel, however, participants are kindly requested to
confirm their booking through the given contacts. Moreover, the indicated rate and rooms availability is
confirmed until 15/06: after this date the pre-booking and the indicated rates will not be longer available /
L’Escuela Judicial a gentiment effectué une pre-reservation des chambres à cet hôtel toutefois, les
participants sont demandés de bien vouloir confirmer leur réservation aux les contacts indiqués. De plus, le
prix et la disponibilité des chambres sont confirmés jusqu’au 15/06 : après cette date, la pre-reservation et la
tarife indiquée, ne seront plus applicables.
Cancellations between 7th and 10th July: the participant who cancels his/her reservation will be charged of
93 or 104 € (equivalent of 1 night rate). Les cancellations effectuées être le 7 et le 10 juillet : le participant
qui annule sa réservation sera demandé de bien vouloir payer 93 ou 104€ (l’équivalent du prix d’une nuit);
No show (by 11th July): the participant in case of no-show will be charged of the full amount of his/her
reservation. No show (le 11 juillet): the participant, en cas de no-show, sera demandé de payer la totalité de
sa réservation.
Organisation of a shuttle bus from the Hotel to the Escuela Judicial / and return : Please be
informed that on 12th and 13th July it will be organized a shuttle bus service from the Hotel Alimara to reach
the Escuela Judicial (and return). The path will take around 30 minutes and its overall cost - around 8,5€

(according to the number of participants) per person - will be deducted by the participants’ daily allowance.
On July 12th the path will be: Hotel Alimara/ Escuela Judicial, and return.
On July 13th, at the closing of the activities – 17h00 - it will be organised the following service: 2 buses will
leave the Escuela Judicial: 1 will get the Barcelona airport and another shuttle bus will return to the Hotel
Alimara.
Organisation d’un service de navette de l’Hôtel a l’Escuela Judicial et retour: Pour votre
information, les 12-13 juillet il sera organisé un service de navette de l’Hotel Alimara pour rejoindre l’Escuela
Judicial (et retour). Le chemin sera d’environ 30 minutes par trajet et le cout total - d’environ 8,5€ (selon le
nombre des participants) - sera déduit du per diem de chaque participant.
Le 12 juillet le service navette sera : de l’Hôtel Alimara à l’Escuela Judicial, et retour.
Le 13 juillet, à la clôture des travaux – 17h00 - il sera organisé le suivant service : deux bus partiront de
l’Escuela Judicial, un à destination de l’aéroport de Barcelone et l’autre rentrera à l’Hôtel Alimara.

The lunches will be organized at the Escuela Judicial
premises, their overall cost will be around 33€, which
includes also the cost of the coffee breaks. This amount will
be deducted by the daily allowance of each participant. /Les
déjeuners seront organisés à l’Escuela Judicial et leur cout
total sera d’environ 33€, prix qui comprend également le
cout des pauses café.
Dinner will be OPTIONAL. The Escuela Judicial will kindly
suggest a restaurant in the city center where interested
participants may have dinner. The payment of the dinner
will be done by each attendee at the restaurant. More
information will follow /Le diner est OPTIONNEL. Grace à
son aimable collaboration, l’Escuela Judicial suggèrera un
restaurant au centre-ville où les participants intéressés
pourront se rendre pour le dîner. Le payement du dîner
sera effectué par chaque participant au restaurant. Plus
d’information suivra.
