respond to our requests for updates because this information
is still needed while we are collecting data.
If you have any questions about this, please contact the Coordinating Centre.
Follow-up
Please remember, in addition to obtaining the primary data, it is also important to
remember the importance of completing the follow-up phase of the study.
The 3 month postpartum questionnaire, Ages and Stages Questionnaire, 2-year
Maternal Questionnaire and (if needed), the Neurodevelopmental Assessment
Form will be assessed after the primary data has been analyzed and the follow-up
portion of the study is over. Therefore, please do not delay getting these forms
from your patients.
