71000 Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, as
registered attorneys for the protection of
industrial property rights to file applications and
perform other actions for the protection of
my/our rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the
matter of (Patent –Trademark – Model –
Design), as well as to file requests for the
recordal of the transfer of rights, licences,
pledges and other changes that have occured
after the filing of the application or after the
recognition of the right.

registrovanog zastupnika za zaštitu industrijskog
vlasništva da u moje/naše ime u Bosni i
Hercegovini podnosi prijave i vrši druge radnje
za zaštitu mojih/naših prava u sljedećim
predmetima (patent – žig – model – uzorak), kao
i da podnosi zahtjeve za upis prijenosa prava,
licenci, zaloga i drugih promjena do kojih je
došlo nakon podnošenja prijave ili priznanja
prava.
The said attorney is, in particular, authorized
and empowered to initiate proceedings for the
protection of our rights before Courts and other
Administrative authorities; to receive all
writings; to file objections; to lodge plaints, to
appeal and have recourse to other legal
measures and to withdraw the same; to attend to
the execution of administrative and court
decisions; to accept settlements; to withdraw
any applications and any registered rights of
industrial property; to substitute the whole or
any part of the present power; and generally to
take all actions that may be necessary according
to the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina in order
to realize and preserve our rights. Powers of
Attorney authorizing other attorneys in my/our
cases, if previously issued, are hereby being
revoked.
Punomoćnik je naročito ovlašten: da pokreće
postupak za zaštitu naših prava pred upravnim i
sudskim organima; da prima sva pismena; da
daje prigovore; podnosi tužbe, žalbe i druga
pravna sredstva i od njih odustaje; da se stara o
izvršenju upravnih i sudskih odluka; da prihvata
poravnanja; da odustaje od podnijetih prijava i
odobrenih prava industrijskog vlasništva; da ovu
punomoć u cijelosti ili djelimično prenese na
drugo lice i uopće u skladu sa propisima Bosne i
Hercegovine preduzima sve radnje koje su
korisne za ostvarivanje i očuvanje naših prava.
Otkazuju se punomoćja drugim zastupnicima u
navedenim mojim/našim predmetima, ukoliko su
bila ranije izdata.
