Manufactured specifically for heavy duty and outdoor applications, the Heavy Duty Scraper™ mat acts as a tough first line of
defence in all weather conditions. Its hard wearing construction – made of strong ECONYL® solution dyed mono filament yarns
– removes excessive dirt and moisture, such as heavy deposits of mud, snow, sand and grit. This unique textile provides a stiff
scraping action to capture the heavy dirt particles which the deep pile traps and conceals.
Rigorous tests simulating the worst possible weather conditions have confirmed the extraordinary durability of this unique
product. The mats are available in a functional dark grey colour.

The Cero Plus® range consists of textile mats tufted from successive rows of ECONYL® solution dyed polyamide fibres.
The monofilament fibres work as tough scrapers, combined with a high twist and heat set bicolour multifilament yarn
which is designed for dirt and moisture absorption. The mats are available in functional dark grey and blue colours.
The audible presence of the monofilament scrapers encourages people to wipe their feet over the mat, which further
increases the functionality of the product.

They are exclusively manufactured from ECONYL® polyamide yarns which are 100% regenerated from post-industrial and
post-consumer recycled yarns. These fibers are then twisted and heat set for durable performance after repeated wash cycles.
The solution dyed textile offers great colour and light fastness for a superior appearance retention over the product lifetime.

The Milliken anti-fatigue mat concept is specially designed for safety, comfort and protection in areas where people stand for
prolonged periods, such as check-out stations, service counters, assembly lines or behind bars.
The UltraFlow™ mat provides comfort to the feet, legs, and back. Specially designed for use in wet areas, the durable surface
texture and design helps to prevent slipping, while the studded pattern on the bottom permits drainage and air circulation.
Manufactured from premium quality nitrile rubber, Comfort® mats are water resistant, resilient to impact and easy to
clean on site by hosing or through industrial laundry process. They also resist oil and solvents, while reducing noise at work.
They offer unique cushion and ergonomic properties and the patented rubber construction of Comfort® mats has been
tested and approved by the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA).
The UltraFlow™ mat was developed to provide premium performance in places like kitchens, bars, freezers and food processing
areas. The mat is produced using a patented nitrile rubber construction with anti-bacterial properties, which provides a unique

Die UltraFlow™ Matte bietet Ihren Füßen, Beinen und Rücken spürbare Entlastung. Die langlebige Oberflächenstruktur und
das Design helfen, einem Ausrutschen vorzubeugen, während die genoppte Unterseite das Ablaufen von Flüssigkeiten und
Luftzirkulation erlaubt.
Die UltraFlow™ Matte wurde u. a. speziell für Küchen, Bars, Kühlhäuser und lebensmittelherstellende Betriebe entwickelt.
Sie wird aus einer patentierten und antibakteriellen Nitrilgummi-Mischung produziert, die außerdem ein einzigartiges
„Durchfluss-Design“ bietet. Die Matte ist öl- und lösemittelbeständig. Die UltraFlow™ Matte kann einfach mit einem

Tous les tapis Milliken sont vulcanisés sur semelle nTec™ en caoutchouc nitrile lavable haute performance et sont disponibles
en dimensions standards ou spéciales. Ils offrent une parfaire stabilité en pose libre sur le sol, avec un choix de semelle lisse
pour les sols durs ou de Gripper® pour les sols moquettés ou structurés.
Pour un usage dans les zones de passage intense telles que supermarchés, centres commerciaux et aéroports,
la semelle Megahold™ équipée de ventouses moulées est une solution recommandée pour une meilleure stabilité.
Il existe également une semelle en 3 mm d’épaisseur pour la pose de tapis en fosse et comme solution pour des tapis
en dimensions spéciales non disponibles en semelle Megahold™.
TEXTIL - MATTEN - GUMMISCHICHT-VARIANTEN
Alle unsere Textil-Matten bieten eine hochwertige nTec™ Gummi-Unterschicht, die entweder flach ist und für gute Stabilität
auf Hartböden sorgt, oder mit einem Gripper® versehen ist, der speziell für Teppichböden entworfen wurde.
Für Bereiche mit hoher Frequentierung und starkem Rollverkehr wie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Einkaufszentren und Flughäfen
ist die Megahold™-Schicht mit geformten Saugknöpfen die geeignete Wahl für verbesserte Stabilität.
Zudem steht eine Gummistärke von 3 mm für spezifische Anwendungen zur Verfügung, damit diese in Mattengruben
oder maßgefertigte Anwendungen passen, für die die Megahold™-Standardgrößen nicht geeignet sind.
