We had the pleasure to host Mr. James Suckling, wine and cigar critic during October 2015 for an exceptional tasting:
the Legendary Bordeaux 2005. 2005 is truly an ideal vintage. The finest wines are rich and elegant showing finesse and
concentration that ensure great longevity.
“These young wines seduce you from the start with their complex aromas of ripe fruit, minerals and light earth. These enticing
aromas seem to constantly evolve in the glass. They are mesmerizing, like subtle perfume on a beautiful woman. You fall in
love with them the moment you taste them.
Well, I fell in love with them all over again in Beirut. I was asked to host a small VIP tasting at Vintage Wine Cellar featuring
a range of 2005 Bordeaux and the wines showed spectacular quality. They underline the greatness of modern Bordeaux,
whereby the wines have unparalleled polish and class compared to the past.
I suggest buying some 2005 and drinking them now and later. I myself just bought a case of the 2005 Grand-Puy-Lacoste”.

Laurent-Perrier Champagnes
The House of Laurent-Perrier was founded in 1812. The late Bernard de Nonancourt transformed
a small sized company into a global brand with the same lasting principles: Honesty, work and pleasure.
Laurent-Perrier is credited with creating the first modern Rosé Champagne in 1968, the first prestige blend
with la Cuvée Grand Siècle and the Ultra Brut, a unique very dry champagne.

Glenfiddich Single Malt Whiskies
Since 1932, step by step, Champagne Taittinger has grown and taken its place among the great champagne houses,
imposing with audacity an innovative style particularly influenced by Chardonnay.
In 1886, William Grant built his own distillery, Glenfiddich, the Valley of the Deer.
Today, still owned by William’s Grant family, Glenfiddich is the world’s leading single malt.
Since 2000, Glenfiddich has received more awards than any other single malt Scotch Whisky at the International Spirits Challenge and International Wine and Spirits Competition.

In 1963, the whisky world changed forever. Glenfiddich
bottled and actively promoted the first ever single malt
beyond Scotland, effectively establishing the entire
single malt category. This rare whisky is an exceptional
recreation of that original 1963 Glenfiddich straight
malt. Glenfiddich Original was released in a few
selected markets worldwide.

The Balvenie Single Malt Whiskies
The Glenrothes
The Balvenie Distillery remains totally dedicated to the traditions, care and craftsmanship of Malt whisky making.
Since 1892, it has been owned and managed by the same independent family company for five generations.
Hidden in a tree-lined gorge, The Glenrothes Distillery is situated right in the middle of Speyside - the region universally
acknowledged as the heartland of Single Malt Whisky distillation. Our philosophy is to bottle The Glenrothes at its peak of
maturity and maximum flavour, rather than at a pre-determined age.

To create Tun 1509, The Balvenie Malt Master carefully
hand selected 42 of the finest casks – 35 traditional
American oak barrels and seven European oak sherry
butts – from the distillery’s precious aged stocks.
All were transferred to Tun 1509, for several months
before bottling.
This is a rare interpretation of the marrying
process and allows all 42 casks to create a unique
expression of The Balvenie that’s greater than the
sum of its constituent parts.

Milagro Tequila
A handcrafted Gin, distilled from a
proprietary recipe: The unexpected
infusion of cucumber and rose petals results in a most iconoclastic Gin,
not for everyone.
Monkey Shoulder is a blend of three
Speyside finest single malts, using
batches of 27 casks for a smoother,
richer taste.
Each Milagro Select Barrel Reserve is
hand blown and numbered: a spirit
of exceptional quality.

15 years after launching the internationally-acclaimed Extra Elegance Cognac, CAMUS proudly presents
its latest release: Extra Dark & Intense.
Cyril CAMUS asked the Cellar Master Patrick Léger to select the best barrels of Extra Cognac to follow a
special ageing process.
The chosen barrels are emptied of their precious Cognac and returned to the Master Cooper to be opened
and toasted again, one by one, to boost their full aromatic potential. The Extra Cognac is then returned to
these casks for a special finishing phase that has been named “Dark & Intense”.
Rich and spicy, this Cognac emerges as a ″one-of-a-kind″ expression of Extra.

Diplomatico Rum
Our Cigar Selection
Diplomatico is a carefully crafted rum from Venezuela, recognized as one of the finest sipping rums in the world.
Don Juancho had a burning passion for exploring the sources and processes responsible for the many alluring flavours of
traditional beverages, and in particular, rum. He was also very curious about many environmental factors that affect the
rum-making process, such as the weather and humidity of the tropics.
We propose you a selection of fine Habanos Cigars matured in our cellars: Hoyo de Monterey, Montecristo, Romeo
y Julieta, Partagas, Cohiba...

Tenute San Guido - Sassicaia
In the 1920s, Marchese Incisa della Rocchetta dreamt of creating a ‘thoroughbred’ wine, with Bordeaux as an ideal.
A wine made mainly from Cabernet Sauvignon was a fundamental change to Tuscan and Piedmont traditions.
Sassicaia was first commercially released in 1968 – the welcome was worthy of a Bordeaux Premier Cru.

borders of Piedmont to establish himself in Tuscany.
In 1864, Eloy Lecanda founded the winery that symbolizes the golden legend of Spanish red wine. Throughout its long
history, Vega Sicilia has always maintained an unquestionable personality, making concentrated, mature and elegant wines.
