EST-IL UTILISE ?
Ce médicament est préconisé pour dissoudre les bouchons de cérumen du conduit auditif.
INFORMATIONS NECESSAIRES AVANT D’UTILISER cérulyse® 5g/100g, solution pour instillation
auriculaire
Ne pas utiliser cérulyse® 5g/100g, solution pour instillation auriculaire dans les cas suivants :
• perforation du tympan d’origine infectieuse ou traumatique,
• antécédent d’allergie à l’un des constituants.
Prendre des précautions particulières avec cérulyse® 5g/100g, solution pour instillation auriculaire :
Mises en garde spéciales
Si le tympan est ouvert, ce médicament peut être à l’origine d’effets indésirables au niveau de l’oreille moyenne.
PAR MESURE DE PRECAUTION, avant toute administration, il convient de faire vérifier l’intégrité de votre tympan
par un médecin.
Interactions médicamenteuses et autres interactions :
Afin d’éviter d’éventuelles interactions entre plusieurs médicaments, il faut signaler systématiquement tout autre
traitement en cours à votre médecin ou à votre pharmacien.
Grossesse et allaitement :
Demandez conseil à votre médecin ou à votre pharmacien avant de prendre tout médicament.
COMMENT UTILISER cérulyse® 5g/100g, solution pour instillation auriculaire
Afin d’éviter le contact désagréable de la solution froide dans l’oreille, tiédir le flacon dans le creux de la main
avant utilisation.
Bouchons mous : en maintenant la tête penchée, instiller quelques gouttes (bain d’oreille), une dizaine de minutes,
puis procéder à un lavage d’oreille.
Bouchons durs : durant les 3 à 4 jours précédant l’extraction du bouchon de cérumen, procéder à un bain d’oreille,
3 fois par jour.
Maintenir le flacon en position verticale après ouverture.
1- Dévisser complétement
le bouchon compte-gouttes
qui ferme le flacon.
2- Enlever le joint se trouvant
à l’intérieur du bouchon en
poussant fortement sur le
compte-gouttes.
3- Revisser le bouchon
compte-gouttes sur le flacon.
4- Devisser alors le capuchon
de couleur coiffant le
compte-gouttes puis le remettre
en place après usage.
COMMENT CONSERVER cérulyse® 5g/100g, solution pour instillation auriculaire ?
A conserver à une température ne dépassant pas 25°C.
Après première ouverture du flacon, le produit doit être utilisé dans les 30 jours.
Ne laisser ni à la portée ni à la vue des enfants.
Ne pas utiliser après la date de péremption figurant sur le flacon.
Dernière date d’approbation de la notice : décembre 2002.

WHAT IS cérulyse® 5g/100g, solution for auricular instillation AND WHEN SHOULD IT BE USED?
This medicine is intended to be used to dissolve cerumen plug in the auditive canal.
INFORMATION REQUIRED BEFORE USING cérulyse® 5g/100g, solution for auricular instillation
Do not use CERULYSE® 5g/100g, solution for auricular instillation in the following cases:
• eardrum perforation of infectious or traumatic origin,
• history of allergy to one of the constituents.
Special precautions to be taken with cérulyse® 5g/100g, solution for auricular instillation:
Warnings
If the eardrum is opened, this medication can cause undesirable effects at the middle ear level.
AS A PRECAUTION MEASURE, before any administration, you should have the integrity of your eardrum checked
by a doctor.
Interactions with other medicines and other interactions:
In order to prevent eventual interactions between several medicines, you must systematically inform your doctor
or your pharmacist of any other pending treatment.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
Ask for advice to your doctor or your pharmacist before taking any medication.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USE OF cérulyse® 5g/100g, solution for auricular instillation
In order to avoid the cold solution’s unpleasant contact in the ear, warming a little the bottle in your hand before
the use.
Soft earplug: maintaining your head leaned to one side, instil several drops (ear bath), for about ten minutes, then
wash the ear.
Hard earplug: during the 3 or 4 days preceding the extraction of the cerumen ear plug, carry out an ear bath, 3
times daily.
Maintain the bottle vertically after opening.
1- Unscrew completely the
dropper-stopper which
close the bottle.
2- Remove the seal situated
inside the stopper by
pushing firmly on the
dropper.
3- Screw back again the
dropper-stopper on the
bottle.
4- Now, unscrew the colored
cap covering the dropper,
and install it again after use.
HOW SHOULD cérulyse® 5g/100g, solution for auricular instillation BE STORED?
Keep at a temperature below 25°C.
After first opening of the bottle, the product must be used within 30 days.
Keep out the reach and the sight of children.
Do not use after the expiry date marked on the bottle.
Last date at which this package insert has been approved is: December 2002.
