BENEFITS
Slip Rings can be used in any system requiring the transmission
of electrical power and/or signals from a stationary to a bidirectional, intermittent or continuosly rotating structure.
Ideal for video, high frequency
signals and data rate
Thanks to the small ring diameter, the SRC/SRW series grants low
peripheral speed between brushes and rings, as well as reduced
dynamic imbalance that means very low wear and long life.
Compact
Designed to deliver a flexible, cost-effective, reliable and hiquality solution, these units are available in many standard
configurations from 3 to 56 circuits. Their compact size allows
installation into small systems thus requiring high performances.
More applications can be met also based upon customized
versions (special: connectors, cables, cable length, number of
circuits, etc).
The SRC series uses noble metals (gold to gold alloy) for rings
and brushes assuring longlasting working life; reducing electric
noise, interferences among circuits and low contact electric
resistance. These units are therefore specially suited to transmit
critical signals, such as hi frequency and data rate, very low
current and voltages (strain gauges, thermocouples, measuring
equipment, etc).
Versions with up to 8A are also available.

This series can transfer up to 12 electrical signals besides one RF
coaxial channel from a stationary to a rotating structure. Said
channel can transfer up to 3 Gbps and 3 GHz. Unit particularly fit
to transmit hi definition video signals (1080p/3G-SDI or 1080i/
HD-SDI). Normally used coaxial cables: RG178, RG316 and RG174.

Slip Rings can be used in any system requiring the transmission of

intermittent or continuosly rotating structure. The transfer is made
possible by brushes crawling on rings mounted on a shaft so
ensuring electrical continuity.
Ideal for electric power and
signal transmission
The SRH series is characterised by a through hole and makes
use of a special technology allowing to get multiple contact
points between brushes and rings, low contact electric resistance,
reduced electric noise and low wear.
No lubrication required.

Slip Rings can be used in any system requiring the transmission of
electrical power and/or signals from a stationary to a bi-directional,
intermittent or continuosly rotating structure. The transfer is made
possible by brushes crawling on rings mounted on a shaft so ensuring
electrical continuity.
The SR 130 Series uses nickel-plated beryllium copper brushes and nickel
bronze rings for power circuits and auxiliary signals; golden beryllium
copper brushes and golden bronze rings for fieldbus (CANbus, Profibus,
etc).
Thanks to the high degree of protection (IP67) and the mechanical
strength (anticorrodal aluminum housing, double bearing with permanent
lubrication, stainless steel screws, filter and heating resistor against
condensation etc), this series is particularly suitable for use in hostile
environments. Also available versions with Ex ATEX certification II2 GD:
zone 1 for GAS + zone 21 for DUST.
Normally this series is supplied with multicore cables (2500 mm long).
Versions for fieldbus are supplied with CANbus, Profibus etc. cables (up
to 12 Mbps). For data rate higher than 12 Mbps, please contact us. Possible
various types of standard mounting (rotor-side) and anti-rotation system
on the stator; special mountings on request.
The standard IP 67 version is normally supplied with anti-condensation
filter. On demand, also available as option the heating resistor (unchanged
dimensions) both for IP 67 and for Ex ATEX versions.
No lubrication required.
