To install front overfenders:
Pour installer les bordures d’ailes avant:
STEP 1.
ÉTAPE 1.
Hold the overfender in proper position and from under the fender drill a ¼ inch diameter hole into
the position identified on picture (A) using the existing holes on the overfender as a guide.
Attach with supplied nuts and bolts. Repeat for all remaining mounting holes.
En maintenant la bordure d’aile à sa bonne position, utiliser les trous de celle-ci comme guide
et percer un trou de ¼ de pouce par l’intérieur de l’aile à l’endroit indiqué sur la photo (A) cidessus. Attacher à l’aide d’un boulon et d’un écrou fournis. Répéter l’opération pour les trous
restants.

To install rear overfender parts to dump bed:
Pour installer les bordures d’ailes arrière à la boite chargeuse:
STEP 2. First, tilt the dump bed upwards. Holding the overfender in the proper position, drill a ¼
(B)
inch diameter hole in the identified location on picture (B) from underneath, using the
overfender mounting holes as a guide. Attach with supplied nuts and bolts. Repeat for all
remaining mounting holes. (For the Teryx base model, you will have to temporarily
remove both brackets that lock down the bed)
ÉTAPE 2. En premier lieu, soulever la boîte chargeuse. En
maintenant la bordure d’aile à sa bonne position,
utiliser les trous de celle-ci comme guide et
percer un trou de ¼ de pouce dans l’aile par
l’intérieur à l’endroit indiqué sur la photo (B) cijointe. Attacher à l’aide d’un boulon et d’un
écrou fournis. Répéter l’opération pour les trous
restants. (Sur le modèle Teryx de base, vous
devrez retirer temporairement les 2 supports qui
maintiennent la chargeuse à l’horizontale situé
sous celle-ci)

To install rear lower overfender section:
Pour installer les sections inférieur des bordures d’ailes arrière:
STEP 3.

Lock the dump bed in its closed position (For Teryx base model: re-install both locking
brackets). Due to the large flexibility of the Teryx side cover, we have chosen not to
pre-drill the lower overfender section. We have done this so the end-user can ensure a
perfect fit. We strongly suggest removing the rear wheel before drilling to ensure
proper and easier installation. Hold the overfender section in proper position and drill a
hole of ¼ inch diameter through overfender section and vehicle side cover to the
identified location on pictures (E). Attach with supplied nuts and bolts. Ensure correct
position and drill 2 more holes of ¼ inch diameter to similar location as shown (picture
(E)). Unlock and lift up dump bed and using a bigger drill bit (1 inch diameter), drill 2
holes on the interior part of the side cover as shown (picture (F)) to allow you to insert
screws and nuts. Then tighten. Re-lock dump bed in closed position.
ÉTAPE 3. Verrouiller la boîte chargeuse en position fermé (pour les modèles Teryx de base, vous
devez réinstaller les 2 supports qui maintiennent la chargeuse en position horizontale). Due à la grande flexibilité
des panneaux de cotés de votre Teryx, nous avons choisi de ne pas pré-percé cette section de la bordure d’aile pour
vous permettre un maximum d’ajustement. Pour facilité et assurer une
bonne installation, nous vous suggérons fortement à cette étape de retirer la roue avant de
percer. En maintenant la bordure d’aile à sa position, percer un trou de ¼ de pouce dans la
section de la bordure d’aile jusque dans le panneau de coté à l’endroit indiqué sur la photo
(E). Fixer la bordure d’aile en place à l’aide d’une vis et
d’un écrou. Assurez-vous du bon positionnement et percer
2 autres trous ¼ de pouce aux locations montré sur la photo Right rear side
of Teryx
(E). Pour fixez en place à l’aide de vis et écrous, vous

coté tel qu’indiqué sur la photo (F). Attacher et serrer.
Verrouillez de nouveau la boite chargeuse en position
