Join us at Michael’s in Brockville for a crafting party! Participants will make
scrapbook photo frames to take home with them (these frames are ideal for Holiday
gifts!). Instruction will be provided by a Michael’s craft specialist.

There are 12 spots for this event. Participation will be determined by random selection. Please fill out the
registration form to indicate your interest. The draw will take place on Monday, December 10th at 2 p.m.
NOTE: Supervision of children/youth at this Social Learning Opportunity is the sole responsibility of parents/guardians
and caregivers; childcare will not be provided.
NOTE: Due to allergies and sensitivities, please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, aftershave, or scented products
such as hairspray, lotion, or deodorant.

Fête du bricolage chez Michael’s
Le samedi 15 décembre 2012
De 14 h à 16 h
Venez nous rejoindre chez Michael’s, à Brockville, pour une grande fête du bricolage! Les
participants fabriqueront des cadres de photos format « scrapbook » , qu’ils pourront
apporter à la maison (ces cadres font de magnifiques cadeaux de Noël!).
L’activité sera animée par un spécialiste du bricolage, de Michael’s.

La participation est limitée à 12 personnes. Les participants seront choisis par tirage au sort. Si cette activité vous
intéresse, veuillez remplir le formulaire d’inscription. Le tirage aura lieu le lundi 10 décembre à 14 h.
À NOTER : Cette activité sera animée en anglais.

Durant cette occasion d’apprentissage social, les parents, les tuteurs et les fournisseurs de soins demeurent les seuls
responsables de la surveillance des enfants ou des adolescents; aucun service de garde n’est fourni.

Comme certaines personnes souffrent d'allergies et d'intolérances diverses, nous vous demandons de ne pas utiliser de
parfum, d'eau de Cologne, de lotion après rasage ni de produits parfumés comme les fixatifs, les lotions pour le corps ou les
désodorisants.
Cette occasion d’apprentissage social est offerte dans le cadre du programme Potentiel, d’Autisme Ontario, en
partenariat avec le ministère des Services à l’enfance et à la jeunesse de l’Ontario et la section locale de Kingston,
d’Autisme Ontario.
