Tips for the conversation with your tutor
• Take some initiative—do not hesitate to greet your tutor in French!
• Have your oral presentation material in front of you, so that you can easily find what you want to
say. Your tutor may not ask you all the questions you have prepared, but you want to be as ready
as possible.
• Your pronunciation will be evaluated during the conversation. Pay special attention to what you
have already practiced.
Take advantage of this time with your tutor to put into practice your new and developing language
skills!
After the telephone conversation, your tutor will enter your mark in your file. He or she will then
send you some comments and suggestions to help you improve.
