Spacer (available from Dealer). Use both Blade-Slop Spacer and Shoa
Support wherever required.

Slle cadre a une buies de 1/2' 11 faut utiliser un espaoeur de butee de lf2"
(offert ohez Ie concesslonnaire). UI1!Isez espaceur at suppcrt de sabOl au
besoln.
l-Sel Cush Shoe Support on lop of Gush Shoe and hold againsl frame.
2--Assemble screw, washer, and nut as shown and tighten securely.
3-Using Shoe Support as Template drill & tap two 1{4-20 holes in frame.
4--lnoort screw & tighten securely.
If frame is not wide enough 10 receive fifth screw, install Gush Shoe Support
(available from Deater) as shown below.
Si los bastidores tienen un lope de pala de 1/'2:', se debe UllIlzar un
espaclador de lope de pala de 112" (disponible del represenlanle). Ulilice
un aspaclador de lope de pala y un soporte de zapala cuando sea necesario.

l--Goloque el soporte de zapata O:.tsh enclma del ;;::apata Gush y tangalo contra el bastldor.
2--Monte el tomillo,la arandela y la tuerca lal como se muestra y apriatelos bien.
3--Usando al soporte de zapata como plantllla, taladre y rosque dos agujeros 1/4-20 en el bastldo
4--lnserte el tom1l10 y aprielelo bien.
1·-Mattez Ie support du sabot Gush sur Ie sabot Gush et appuyez-Ie contre
Ie cadre.
2--Assemblez la vis, la rondelle et Ie boulon comme sur I'illustration et serrez
fermement.
3--En UUllsant Ie support du sabot comme gabarit, laraudez deu~trous de
1/4-20 dans Ie oadre.
4--lnserez la vis el serrez fermement.
SI Ie cadre n'est pas assaz large pour la olnquieme vis, pose;;:: Ie support du
sabol Gush (offer! chez Ie concassionnaire) comme sur l'ilIustration.

1. SITUER: Voir RENSEIGNEMENTS IMPORTANTS. Pour une nouvelle Installal1on, utilisez Ie gabarit
GUSH slandard. Pour remplacer un bras GUSH, utHisez las trous de montage deja perces.
2. INSTALLATION: Montez Ie sabol sur Ie cadre EN PREMIER. Apres avolr pose Ie sabot,
Uli(isez une cll!! hexagonale 5/32 ou 4 mm pour Installer I'assemblage comma sur l'lllustration.
Sarrez la vis fermament dans Ie sabOl.
3. TERMINER l'INSTALLATION: Terminer I'lnstallation Indlquee pour les bras CUSH sur
la feuille d'instruellons principale.

RENSEIGNEMENTS IMPORTANTS:
L'arret du CUsh ressort se produira environ 5" apres celul du 1461 normal.
Resistance d'ouverture: NE PAS rMulre la reSistance d'ouverture du ferme-porte. La fonelion du
bras Gush ressort ne remplace pas cette resistanca.

INSTALLATION

1. .bQ2lill..tig: See IMPORTANT INFORMATION below.
In new Installations, use standard GUSH tamplate. When
replacing existing GL!SH arm, use existing mounting holes.
2. INSTALLATION: Mount shoe on frame FIRST. After
shoe Is mounted, use a 5/32 or 4 mm hex wrench to Inslall
the contact blook assembly as shown above. Make sure
the screw Is tightened securely Into the shoe.
3. COMPLETING INSTA~I1QN: Complete the installation
as directed lor regular CUSH arms in the matn Instruction sheet.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
H§1: Sprlng Cush dead stop wlll occur approxImately 5°
~ normal 1461 dead slop point.
Backcheck: DO NOT reduce backcheck seltlrg of
door closer. Spring Gush arm function does not replace
backcheck.

I.LOCALIZAGI6N: Vea los DATOS IMPORTANTES abeJo. Utilice la planlllla GUSH eshindaren las
nuevas inslalaclonas. Utilice los agujeros de montaje eXislentes cuando se reemplace un brazo
GUSH existente.
2.INSIALACI6N: PRIMERO: Monta la ;;::apata en al bas1ldor. Despues de haber montedo la zapata,
utllice una lIave de luercas hexagonal 5/32 0 4 mm para Inslalar el ensamblaja de bloque da conteelo
como se muestra arriba. Asegloirese de apretar bien al tornillo en Ie zapata.
3. PARA GOMPLETAR LA INSTALACI6N: Gomplete la Instalaci6n como para los brazos CUSH
regulares en la hOja de inslrucciones principal.
DATOS IMPORTANTES:
1461: EI palO en seeo del resorte podra ocurnr apro~lmadamenle 5· ~ del punlo del paro
en seco 1461 normal.
ResiSiencla de aperture: NO redUlca el ajUste de resistancia de apertura del cerrador.
EI funclonamlenlo del brazo da resorte GUSh no reemplaza la reslslencia de epertura.
