This holiday villa is located 2.5 km from the small charming
hilltop village of Cabris and 9km from Grasse, the Perfume
Capital. It offers a modern decoration, a beautiful swimming
pool without vis-à-vis and panoramic views over the peaceful
landscape of the Grasse countryside , the village of Cabris,
Cannes and the Mediterranean sea in the distance. It is very
spacious with large rooms, four of which have a door opening
onto the garden or the terrace. This is an ideal property for a
large family as the villa is divided into two parts, each with a
seating area and a kitchen. Small surrounding villages offer the
typical southern France restaurants with terraces in the shade
of large trees, fountains and spectacular views. If you love
water sports, you will enjoy the river Saint Cézaire (7km),
hidden in the forest or Lake Saint Cassien (15km). The house is
also an ideal starting point to explore the pretty villages of the
hinterland to the Var such as Montauroux and Callian (17km).
The Riviera is accessible via the highway and you will not miss
the world famous Croisette in Cannes (22km), Antibes (30km)
and Nice (50km).
