• Acidic product which works as a cleaner, neutralizer and descaler.

MODE D’EMPLOI
General maintenance – According to the quantity of dirt to remove, use 3 to 14 ml of
STONET per litre of water.
Entretien général – Pour l’entretien régulier, utiliser une solution de 3 à 14 ml de STONET
par litre d’eau selon le degré de saleté.
As descaler for mineral salts – Use between 25 and 50 ml of STONET per litre of water to
remove calcium deposits left on surfaces (floors, walls).
Comme détartrant pour nettoyer les résidus de sel ou de calcium – Utiliser de 25 à 50 ml
de STONET par litre d’eau pour enlever les dépôts de calcium sur les surfaces (sols, murs).
Non-treated quarry tile cleaning – For the regular maintenance of non-treated quarry tile
(in food processing plants and in big kitchens, we often see non-treated quarry tile, with no
floor finish or sealer), use 14 to 28 ml of STONET per litre of water.
Entretien de la tuile de carrière non traitée – Pour l’entretien régulier de la tuile de carrière non traitée (en milieu alimentaire, souvent ce genre de surface est laissée à nu), utiliser de 14 à 28 ml de STONET par litre d’eau.
General cleaning in the food industry (slaughter-houses, food processing plants) – To
eliminate scrubbing, and make the cleaning of heavy soiled surfaces easier, spray STONET
in a dilution of 7 to 14 ml per litre of water before washing with an alkali detergent.
Nettoyage général dans l’industrie alimentaire (abattoirs, usines de transformation) –
Pour réduire le frottage et faciliter l’entretien des surfaces fortement souillées, un arrosage
avec une solution de 7 à 14 ml de STONET par litre d’eau s’avère très efficace avant le
lavage avec un détergent alcalin.
Aluminum and stainless steel cleaning – Stainless steel and aluminun work tables, counters, refrigerators can be occasionally cleaned with 14 to 20 ml of STONET per litre of
water. This way, the scale coming from alkalis (as on a boiler) can be eliminated. After the
cleaning operation, it is very important to rinse with potable water.
Entretien de l’acier inoxydable et de l’aluminium – Les tables, comptoirs, armoires et
réfrigérateurs en acier inoxydable ou en aluminium peuvent être nettoyés occasionnellement avec 14 à 20 ml de STONET par litre d’eau. Le tartre causé par les produits alcalins
peut ainsi être éliminé. Il est très important de rincer ensuite à l’eau potable.
C.I.P. system cleaning (circulation method) – Before cleaning with an alkali detergent, use
125 to 250 ml of STONET per 100 litres of water at 71 °C and make the system work for 15
minutes. After the cleaning operation, it is very important to rinse with potable water.
Nettoyage en place (N.E.P. ou C.I.P.) – Avant de procéder au lavage avec un détergent
alcalin, utiliser de 125 à 250 ml de STONET par 100 litres d’eau à 71 °C en faisant fonctionner le mécanisme pendant 15 minutes. Il est très important de rincer ensuite à l’eau
potable.
Cleaning of steam cooking equipment (bulk tanks, kettles, percolators) – Before washing with VALOR (3445), use 7 ml of STONET per litre of water and make the system work
in the regular cycle. Then, proceed and wash with 7 g of VALOR per litre of water. To complete the whole cleaning operation, rinse thoroughly by making the system work in the regular cycle but, with water only.
Nettoyage des appareils pour la cuisson à l’eau ou à la vapeur (réservoirs géants,
bouilloires, cafetières) – Avant de procéder au lavage avec VALOR (3445), utiliser 7 ml de
STONET par litre d’eau et faire fonctionner l’appareil en cycle régulier. En seconde étape, on
fait fonctionner l’appareil avec 7 g de VALOR par litre d’eau. En dernier lieu, faire fonctionner le cycle complet avec de l’eau potable pour bien rincer.

mostradores y refrigeradores pueden ser ocasionalmente limpiados usando de 14 a 20 ml
de STONET por litro de agua. De esta forma las calsificaciones provenientes del álcali
(como en una caldera) se pueden eliminar. Después de la operación de limpieza es muy
importante enjuagar con agua potable.

en su ciclo regular. Después, lavar con 7 gr de VALOR por litro de agua. Para completar la
operación total de limpieza, enjuagar muy bien haciendo que el sistema trabaje en su ciclo
regular pero con agua solamente
