MASSES D’ÉQUILIBRAGE EN PLOMB
In base alla normativa UE “2000/53/CE” i contrappesi di
piombo nell’Unione Europea non sono consentiti su autoveicoli (veicoli a motore appartenenti alle categorie M1 ed
N1 di cui all’allegato II, parte A, della direttiva 70/156/CE), ed
i veicoli a motore a tre ruote come definiti dalla direttiva
2002/24/CE, con esclusione dei tricicli a motore. Pertanto
nell’Unione Europea i contrappesi in piombo sono regolarmente consentiti solo per Motocicli e Camion. Per tutte le
altre tipologie di veicoli (automobili e veicoli commerciali)
devono essere applicati contrappesi senza piombo (zinco,
ferro, stagno)
According to UE rule “2000/53/CE” the lead balancing
weights in the European Union are not allowed on motor vehicles (motor vehicles being part of categories M1 and N1
mentioned in enclosure II, part A, of directive 70/156/CE),
and motor vehicles with three wheels as mentioned in directive 2002/24/CE, with the exclusion of motor tricycles.
Therefore, in the European Union lead weights are regularly
allowed only for motorcycles and trucks. For all remaining
kinds of vehicles (cars and commercial vehicles) no lead balancing weights have to be applied (zinc, steel, tin).
Selon la directive UE “2000/53/CE” les masses en plomb
dans l’Union Éuropéenne ne sont pas permises sur les véhicules automobiles (véhicules à moteur étant partie des catégories M1 et N1 à la pièce jointe II, partie A, de la directive
70/156/CE), et les véhicules à moteur à trois roues comme
indiqué dans la directive 2002/24/CE, à l’exclusion des triporteurs à moteur. Donc dans l’Union Éuropéenne les masses en plomb sont régulièrement permises seulement pour
motocycles et camions. Pour tous autres types de véhicules
(voitures et véhicules commerciaux) des masses sans plomb
doivent être appliquées (zinc, acier, étain).

Italmatic utilizza nastro biadesivo NORTON SAINT GOBAIN per la produzione dei contrappesi adesivi.
Questo garantisce i massimi livelli di tenuta ed adesione
del contrappeso sul cerchio.
Per massimizzare l’adesione, la superficie del cerchio
va opportunamente pulita da sporco, grasso, sapone e
strati oleosi con un solvente.
Rimuovere il liner blu appena prima l’applicazione sulla
superficie del cerchio e premere decisamente per assicurare contatto totale.
Se si desidera una maggiore adesione, si suggerisce
l’impiego del Tire-R-Bond Adhesion Promoter della
Norton Saint Gobain (codici 3060900 e 3060900A).

Italmatic uses NORTON SAINT GOBAIN adhesive tape
for all stick-on balancing weights.
This ensure top performances and perfect adherence
of the weight to the rim.
For maximum adhesive performance, prepare the contact surface by removing dirt, wax, soap, and oily films
with a cleaning solvent.
Remove the liner just prior to bonding surfaces together and apply firm pressure to ensure full contact.
If added adhesion is desired, it is recommended the
use of Norton Saint Gobain Tire-R-Bond Adhesion Promoter (codes 3060900 and 3060900A).

Italmatic utilise ruban bi-adhésif NORTON SAINT GOBAIN pour la production des masses adhésives. Cela
assure les niveaux maxima de tenue et adhésion de la
masse sur la jante.
Afin de maximiser l’adhésion, la surface de la jante doit
être opportunément nettoyée de saleté, graisse, savon
et couches huileuses par un solvant.
Enlever le liner bleu juste avant l’application sur la surface de la jante et presser avec décision pour assurer
un contact total.
Si on désire une adhésion majeure, on suggère l’emploi
du Tire-R-Bond Adhesion Promoter de la société Norton Saint Gobain (réf. 3060900 et 3060900A).
