infrastructures et structure pour le contrôle et
la surveillance du transport sur ce lac,
• Un Memorandum d’entente claire avec les
Etats Exploitateurs de ce Lac.
• Autorité compétente:
• Formation des capacités, des formateurs, les
ressources humaines sont disponibles mais
les ressources financières sont très limitées.

• Ministère du transport, de la Santé publique
et de la lutte contre le SIDA, de l’Agriculture,

de l’Industrie et de l’Environnement.
