Europe and North America; Assistant to the President of the ICRC; Head of Delegation,
ICRC Regional Delegation for Southern Africa and the Indian Ocean (Pretoria); and Legal
Advisor for the 50th Anniversary of the 1949 Geneva Conventions. He also carried out
