1.2 Harvard University Center for AIDS Research (CFAR)
 Le centre pour la recherche sur le SIDA de la Harvard University est
heureux d’annoncer une demande de propositions en recherche clinique et
en science fondamentale portant sur le VIH/SIDA. Les demandes pour les
projets de faisabilité et pour les prix académiques seront également
acceptées.

1.3 NIH – Partenariats en interventions pour le traitement d’infections
chroniques, persistantes et latentes
 Cette annonce vise à promouvoir la recherche traductionnelle portant sur
le développement de nouvelles stratégies pour éliminer de l’hôte les agents
d’infections chroniques, persistantes ou latente. Les candidats devront,
entre autres, définir et aborder un besoin thérapeutique spécifique à un
pathogène cible.

1.4 NIH – Clinical Trials Units for NIAID Networks (UM1)

Les unités d’essais cliniques des réseaux NIAID sollicitent des demandes
de recherche clinique dans l’un des six domaines de recherche suivants :
1) Des stratégies thérapeutiques contre le VIH chez les adultes ; 2) des
stratégies visant le VIH et les infections associées au VIH chez les
populations pédiatriques et maternelles ; 3) des stratégies intégrée pour la
prévention du VIH ; 4) des stratégies microbicides pour la prévention du
VIH ; 5) des vaccins pour prévenir les infections associées au VIH ; et 6)
des stratégies abordant la résistance antibactérienne.

1.5 NIH – Pilot and Feasibility Clinical Research Grants in Diabetes, and
Endocrine and Metabolic Diseases
 Cette bourse de recherche vise à subventionner les études cliniques
exploratrices de courte durée, afin d’encourager l’exploration de données
sans contraintes rigoureuses quant aux données préliminaires. Les études
de courte durée devraient porter sur des questions de recherche ayant un
grand impact clinique.

1.3 Partnerships for Interventions to Treat Chronic, Persistent and Latent
Infections
 This announcement seeks to stimulate basic and early-stage translational
research focused on development of novel intervention strategies to clear
persistent, chronic or latent infectious agents from the host. Responsive
applications will define and address a therapeutic need specific to a
targeted pathogen.

NIAID clinical research networks focused on the following six research
areas: 1) Adult HIV therapeutic strategies; 2) strategies to address HIV
and HIV-associated infections in pediatric and maternal populations; 3)
integrated HIV prevention strategies; 4) microbicide strategies to prevent
HIV infections; 5) vaccines to prevent HIV infections; and 6) strategies to
address antibacterial resistance
