Edgar Philippin focuses on advice to Swiss and international companies
and institutions, in particular in connection with specific issues of
corporate and commercial registry law, organization of groups,
internal regulations, corporate governance, executive compensation,
financing rounds, mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, joint
ventures, public tender offers, relationships between shareholders and
employment law, as well as with respect to other commercial
transactions and contracts, in particular with a real estate or
intellectual property focus. His experience extends to domestic and
international arbitration (as arbitrator or expert witness in
connection with Swiss law) in the above-mentioned areas (in connection
with commercial and industrial companies as well as with sports
institutions).
