Prize giving ceremony of individual championships (the first three on horseback) and team
Prize giving of each competition will be on the arena every day (the first three on horseback)
Schedules and breakdown of tests will be determined on the number of entries at closing
Tests text : are the 2015 France and FEI tests
Horse accommodation : Stable , On boxes (3x3m) mounted under lighted barns.
Reception of horses from morning Wednesday, 10.28.15 to late morning Monday, 2/11/15.

Entries 2015: is a package per horse that includes a box for 6 days (from Wednesday to Monday), with the first
litter (straw or wood chips), the registration at the competition, and one dinner (excluding drinks) for the Saturday
night gala.
Fixed price of the package .
Member of one Association MCI in 2015 = 180 €
No Member 2015 = 200 €
Sales on site: hay (6 € bale +/- 12 kg) straw (€ 5 the bale) wood chips (13 € the bale 30kg)
Arrival and departure of horses: free
Public Admission: free
Sanitary conditions: Vaccinations up to date + documents for horses arriving from foreign countries of further
information shall be later communicated (awaiting the answers of the Belgian sanitary services)
Parking : Specific parking for trucks and vans is situated close to the stable. Electric connection (€ 50 by
connection for 6 days).
Tack box : Full price 100 €. Tack box for 2 riders at a price of € 50 per rider. Tack box for 3 riders at the price of €
35 per rider.
Restaurant and refreshment: on-site restaurant for lunch and dinner (from Wednesday on).
Saturday evening: A Gala Dinner is organized to € 35 (excluding drinks); thank you to specify your participation
(number of people) on the entry form, limited seating. We remind you that for each horse participating at the finale
one dinner is offered at the gala evening.
