Q. How long is the promotional space valid for?
The 1 TB of Dropbox Pro promotional space is valid for a fixed 3 months from the day you
redeem the offer.
Q. Which Canon DSLR cameras are eligible for the promotion?
Canon DSLR cameras (body and kit): EOS 70D, EOS 7D Mark II, EOS 6D, EOS 5D Mark III,
EOS 5DS, EOS 5DS R, and EOS 1D X.
Q. Who is eligible to redeem the promotion?
Offer is available for new and existing Canada Dropbox Basic users based on a single
account. Only the original buyer of the eligible device may redeem the promotion. The
promotion can be redeemed only once per Dropbox account, even if you buy multiple
eligible Canon DSLR cameras.
Q. How do I activate my free 3 month Dropbox Pro plan?
Please visit Dropbox.com/Pro/Canon to register for the special offer. The Canon camera
model purchased will determine eligibility. Once camera eligibility is verified,
a custom Dropbox license key will be provided via email.
Q. Can I transfer my promotional space to another Dropbox account?
No, promotional space cannot be transferred and will only apply to the Dropbox
account you used to first sign in.
Q. How do I check if I have successfully redeemed the promotion?
You can verify your promotional space by going to your account page and clicking
view space earned.
Q. How long do I have to redeem this offer after I purchase my camera?
The special offer can be redeemed up to 30 days after the purchase of your Canon
DSLR camera.
Q. How do I check when my promotional 1 TB Dropbox Pro space expires?
You can verify this by going to your account page and clicking view space earned.
Q. What happens after the 3 month promotional period?
You will have the opportunity to subscribe to Dropbox Pro. Otherwise, your account will
revert to a free Dropbox Basic account. When that happens, your account will be downgraded from 1 TB of space to 2 GB, plus any referral space you earned, and your account
will no longer have the advanced sharing controls or remote wipe features.
Q. Who do I contact if I need assistance with redeeming my offer?
If you are unable to redeem your promotional offer after completing all the steps,

Q. I already have a Free/Pro account. Am I eligible for the Canon promotion?
