Conditions d’inscription / Registration conditions
1 - Toute inscription à l’une des Conférences organisées par Le Rail - Groupe Actis implique l’acceptation de nos Conditions d’Inscription.
2 - Toute demande d'inscription fait l’objet d’une confirmation écrite et de l’envoi d’une facture
correspondant aux frais d'inscription, par l'Organisateur.
3 - Les frais d'inscription doivent être intégralement payés avant le 1er jour de la Conférence.
4 - Les frais de change ou de virement relatifs aux frais d’inscription sont à la charge du délégué.
5 - Les frais d’inscription comprennent l’accès à la Conférence, les déjeuners, les pauses-café et
les actes de la Conférence.
6 - Les frais d’hébergement ne sont pas compris dans les frais d’inscription.
7 - Si un délégué suit un régime alimentaire spécifique, il peut le signaler au moins une semaine avant
la date de la Conférence.
8 - L’Organisateur se réserve le droit de modifier le programme et de changer le lieu de la Conférence
si les circonstances l’y obligent.
9 - Toute annulation d'inscription doit être faite par écrit et confirmée par l'Organisateur.
10 - Toute inscription annulée au plus tard 30 jours avant la date de la Conférence sera remboursée, déduction faite d'une retenue de 10% des frais d’inscription.
11 - Toute inscription annulée entre 30 et 15 jours avant la date de la Conférence sera remboursée,
déduction faite d'une retenue de 50% des frais d’inscription.
12 - Toute inscription annulée dans les 15 jours précédant la date de la Conférence ne sera pas
remboursée.
13 - Si un délégué se trouve dans l'impossibilité d'assister à une Conférence, il peut se faire remplacer par une autre personne de sa société. Il doit simplement en informer l'Organisateur.
14 - Si un délégué se trouve dans l'impossibilité d'assister à une Conférence et de se faire remplacer par une autre personne, il reçoit les présentations faites durant la Conférence.
15 - Toute inscription à une Conférence ne peut pas être reportée sur une autre Conférence.
16 - La Conférence se déroule, sauf avis contraire, en deux langues (français et anglais) avec traduction simultanée.
17 - L’Organisateur s’engage à ne pas divulguer ou vendre les informations relatives à un délégué.
1 - Registration for one of the Conferences organised by Le Rail - Groupe Actis implies acceptance of
our Registration Conditions.
2 - The Organiser will confirm each registration request in writing and send an invoice for the registration fee.
3 - All registrations must be paid for before the first day of the Conference.
4 - All currency exchange or bank transfer costs concerning registration must be paid by the delegate.
5 - The registration fee covers entry to the Conference, the lunches, the coffee breaks and the Conference proceedings.
6 - Hotel costs are not included in the registration fee.
7 - Any delegate with special dietary needs must make them known to the Organiser at least one
week before the date of the event.
8 - The Organiser reserves the right to change the programme and the Conference venue if this becomes necessary.
9 - Any cancellation must be in writing, and confirmed by the Organiser.
10 - For the cancellation of any registration more than 30 days before the date of the Conference, an
administration charge of 10% of the cost of the registration fee will be levied.
11 - A 50% cancellation fee will be levied on any registration cancelled between 30 and 15 days preceding the date of the Conference.
12 - No reimbursement will be made for any registration cancelled within the 15 days preceding the
date of the Conference.
13 - If a delegate is unable to attend a Conference, he may be represented by another person from
his company by simply informing the Organiser.
14 - If a delegate is unable to attend a Conference, nor can he be represented by another person, he
will receive the Conference proceedings.
15 - No inscription for one Conference may be transferred to another Conference.
16 - The Conference will be conducted (unless otherwise stated) in two languages (French and English)
with simultaneous translation.
17 - The Organiser agrees not to divulge or sell any information relating to the delegate.
