ABSTRACT
Principal functions television is as entertainment and information providers. News
is one of the television program as a communication media. This report focuses on
how news production system in TVRI of Central Java are consumed the general
public? According to Fred Wibowo (2007) in his book “Teknik Produksi Program
Televisi” to produce programs or television broadcasts are divided into 3 stages:
pre-production stage, production stage and post-production stage. Production of
news program "Warta Jawa Tengah" in TVRI of Java Central through three
stages. Pre-production stage starts with the planning of the coverage, search ideas
and preparation. Production stage are all activities performed while coverage in
the field. Post-production stage is the final stage in the process the making the
news, began from making the script, edited the script, video editing and dubbing,
until the news is displayed to audience (on air).

Une fonction de la télévision est un divertissement et les fournisseurs
d'information. Nouvelles est l'un des programmes de la télévision comme moyen
de fournir des informations. Ce rapport explique comment les système de la
production de nouvelles télévisuelles au TVRI de Java Centre que consommé un
large public? Selon Fred Wibowo (2007) dans son livre “Teknik Produksi
Program Televisi” pour produire une émission de télévision est divisé en trois
étapes, à savoir: l’étape de pré-production, l'étape de production et l’étape postproduction. Production la programme de nouvelles “Warta Jawa Tengah" au
TVRI de Java Centre à travers les trois étapes. L’Étape de pré-production
commence par la planification de la couverture de press, la recherche d'idées et de
préparation. L’Étape de production sont toutes les activités exécutée lorsque la
couverture de press sur le terrain. L’Étape de post-production est la dernière
l’étape dans le processus la production de nouvelles, allant de la production la
script, éditer de script, le montage de vidéo et le doublage, á émission de
nouvelles aux téléspectateurs.

INTISARI
Fungsi pokok televisi adalah sebagai sarana hiburan dan penyedia informasi.
Berita merupakan salah satu program televisi sebagai media penyampaian
informasi. Laporan ini membahas tentang bagaimana sistem produksi berita di
TVRI Jawa Tengah sehingga layak untuk dikonsumsi masyarakat luas. Menurut
Fred Wibowo (2007) dalam bukunya “Teknik Produksi Program Televisi” untuk
memproduksi program atau siaran televisi dibagi menjadi 3 tahapan yaitu: tahap
pra produksi, tahap produksi dan tahap pasca produksi. Program berita “Warta
Jawa Tengah” di TVRI Jawa Tengah melalui tiga tahap tersebut. Tahap pra
produksi dimulai dengan perencanaan liputan, pencarian ide dan persiapan. Tahap
produksi adalah semua kegiatan yang dilakukan ketika liputan di lapangan. Tahap
pasca produksi merupakan tahap akhir dalam proses pembuatan berita, mulai dari
pembuatan naskah, editing naskah, editing gambar visual dan dubbing, hingga
berita ditayangkan kepada pemirsa (on air).
