ÉQUIPEMENT – EQUIPMENT
Chaque membre qui fera partie de l’équipe du Québec pour le Championnat canadien mid-amateur masculin aura
droit à des vêtements. Les membres de l’équipe devront porter ces vêtements lors de la compétition par équipe.
Prenez note que Golf Québec ne défraie plus aucune modification à apporter aux vêtements, si ceci doit être fait.
All team members representing Golf Québec at the Canadian Men’s Mid-Amateur Championship will be given pieces
of clothing. The team members will have to wear the clothing during the team competition.
Please note that Golf Québec will no longer par for any alteration to any piece of clothing, if this is applicable.
INSCRIPTION – REGISTRATION
Chaque joueur sera responsable de s’inscrire au Championnat canadien mid-amateur masculin et de payer son
inscription. Golf Québec ne payera plus les inscriptions des joueurs qualifiés.
Each player will be responsible to register at the Canadian Men’s Mid-Amateur Championship and pay their own
registration. Golf Québec will no longer pay registration fees of the qualified players.
HÉBERGEMENT – LODGING
Golf Québec s’occupera de faire les réservations pour les membres de l’équipe au Championnat canadien midamateur masculin et ceux-ci devront partager une chambre avec un de leur coéquipier. Si un joueur ne veut pas
partagé la chambre avec son coéquipier, il ne pourra pas se faire rembourser les frais de la chambre additionnelle.
EXCEPTION : s’il y a plus d’un joueur qui décide de ne pas partager leur chambre (doit être un chiffre pair), Golf
Québec remboursera la moitié du coût de la chambre. Les joueurs devront faire parvenir une facture à Golf Québec
pour se faire rembourser.
Golf Québec will make the reservations for all team members for the Canadian Men’s Mid-Amateur Championship
and all members will have to share a room with another team member. If a player decides not to share a room with
another teammate, Golf Québec will not reimburse any funds for the extra room.
EXCEPTION: if more than one player decides not to stay with another teammate (needs to be an even number), Golf
Québec will reimburse half of the cost of the room. Each player will have to send Golf Québec a copy of their bill to
get the reimbursement.
DÉPLACEMENTS – TRAVELLING
Golf Québec payera le kilométrage des joueurs à partir de l’endroit où ils demeurent jusqu’au site du tournoi. Ceci
sera fait pour l’aller et le retour au tournoi. Si les joueurs décident de covoiturer, SVP en aviser Golf Québec.
Golf Québec will pay for the mileage of players based from their residence to the host club. This will be done for the
GOING and the return to the tournament. If players decide to carpool, please inform Golf Québec.
REPAS – FOOD
Golf Québec allouera le per diem suivant pour chacun des repas :
1. Déjeuner : 7 $
2. Diner : 9 $
3. Souper : 16 $
Veuillez prendre note qui si des repas sont inclus dans le championnat, Golf Québec n’allouera pas de per diem pour
ces repas et ce, même si le joueur décide de ne pas présenter à ces repas.
Golf Québec will allow a per diem as follows:
1. Breakfast: $7
2. Lunch: $9
3. Diner: $16
Please note that if some meals are included at the championship, Golf Québec will not give the per diem for those
meals, even if a player doesn’t show at these meals.
