Open to students who are enrolled at a recognized academic institution in full-time
secondary or post-secondary studies.
Students enrolled in studies on a part-time basis due to a disability that is recognized by
their academic institution are also eligible to apply.
Eligible individuals must also reside or study in Eastern Ontario or Western Quebec and
have a residence postal code beginning with: K1 to K7, K8A to K8H, K0A to K0J, J8L to
J8Z, J9A to J9J, or J0X.
Preference will normally be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents. Please
