Nomination
Benoît Louvet, est nommé Directeur Général Adjoint en charge des Acquisitions et du Négoce des droits
audiovisuels du groupe TF1, à compter du 1er octobre 2010.
A ce titre, il prendra en charge :
L’acquisition et la gestion des stocks :
o des films, séries, jeunesse pour la chaîne TF1 (hors Flux, Fictions et Sport),
o de l’ensemble des programmes pour TMC, NT1 et le futur canal compensatoire ainsi que les
chaînes thématiques du Groupe ;
Le négoce de droits des différents catalogues du groupe TF1 ainsi que des programmes issus des
Antennes.
Cette organisation traduit la nécessité pour le groupe TF1, d’adapter les structures et les processus à l’évolution du
contexte concurrentiel et à une diffusion optimale de l’offre de contenus et de chaînes.
Né en 1963, Benoit Louvet a commencé sa carrière chez Bouygues Construction. Il a ensuite rejoint Bouygues
Telecom en 1995, puis le groupe TF1 en 2007. Il était Directeur Général Délégué de TF1 Publicité.

Appointment
Benoît Louvet has been appointed Executive Vice-President acquisitions and distribution of programs at the TF1
group, effective 1 October 2010.
He will be responsible for:
acquiring and managing inventories :
o films, series and youth programming for the TF1 television channel (excluding non-scripted
programmes, drama and sport),
o all programming on TMC, NT1 and the future "bonus" DTT channel as well as the TF1 group's
theme channels ;
rights trading for the TF1 group's catalogues and programmes produced by the channel.
This new structure reflects the need for the TF1 group to adapt its organisation and processes to the changing
competitive environment and to optimise the broadcasting of its channels and content.
Born in 1963 Benoît Louvet began his career with Bouygues Construction. He moved to Bouygues Telecom in 1995
and then to the TF1 group in 2007. Until this appointment he was Executive Vice-President of TF1 Publicité.
