Le vignoble du Pays

Le pays de Nuits-Saint-Georges est terre de vin. Ceux de
la Côte de Nuits, dont les fameux grands crus comme l’emblématique Clos de Vougeot sont essentiellement rouges, issus du
cépage pinot. Plus variés, rouges et blancs, sont les vins des Hautes
Côtes de Nuits.

Chaque Climat de Bourgogne est une parcelle de vigne, soigneusement délimitée et nommée depuis des siècles, qui
possède son histoire et bénéficie de conditions géologiques
et climatiques particulières. Chaque vin issu d’un Climat a
son goût et sa place dans la hiérarchie des crus (Appellation
Régionale, Village, Premier Cru, Grand Cru). Les Climats sont
plus de 1000 à se succéder sur un mince ruban courant de
Dijon aux Maranges, au sud de Beaune ; certains répondant
à des noms illustres comme Chambertin, Romanée-Conti,
Clos de Vougeot, Montrachet, Corton, Musigny...
Des premières traces de culture de la vigne au Ier siècle,
à l’adoption d’AOC en 1936, les Climats de Bourgogne ont
été façonnés, délimités, protégés et promus par les moines,
ducs, rois et vignerons qui se sont succédés.
Les Climats du vignoble de Bourgogne ont été inscrits au
Patrimoine mondial dans la catégorie des "paysages culturels",
comme œuvre conjuguée de l'homme et de la nature. Elle
permet de montrer comment une activité humaine est la
source d'une culture et d'un paysage particuliers.

60 kilometres of the thin strip of vineyards running from
Dijon to Les Maranges, just south of Beaune, and among
them are some of the most famous names from the world
of wine ; Chambertin, Romanée-Conti, Clos de Vougeot,
Montrachet, Corton, Musigny...
From the first traces of viticulture in the 1st century A.D. to
the adoption of the AOC classification in 1936, the Climats
de Bourgogne have been established, defined, protected
and promoted by the monks, dukes, kings and winegrowers

Jede Parzelle ist genau festgelegt,hat seit Jahrhunderten
eine Benennung,hat eine eigene Geschichte ,einen spezifischen Boden und ein spezifisches Klima.
Hiervon gibt es Hunderte,wenn nicht gar Tausende,die sich
von Dijon bis nach Les Maranges, südlich von Beaune,befinden. Darunter findet man so berühmte Benennungen wie
Romanée Conti,Gevray Chambertin , Der Gesetzgeber hat
die Weine in 4 verschiedene Hauptkategorien eingeteilt:
- die regionalen Benennungen
- die Dorfbenennungen
- die "premiers crus"
- die "grands crus"
Die burgundische Weinkultur hatte ihre Anfänge im Morgengrauen unserer Zeitrechnung unter dem Einfluss der Römer.
Sie entwickelte sich im Laufe des 6. Jahrhunderts weiter,als
Burgund die Entstehung vieler Klöster erlebte,deren Weinbaukunst überragend war.Vor allem die Mönche von Cîteaux
begründeten schon vom 12. Jahrhundert an den Ruhm der
Burgunderweine.
Der Ruf dieser Weine wurde durch grosse Festlichkeiten
am Hofe der Herzöge von Burgund noch weiter verbreitet.
Am französischen Königshofe wurden diese Weine durch
den Leibarzt Ludwig des Vierzehnten hoffähig gemacht. Die
burgundischen Winzer und ihre Weinkunst trugen auch vieles
zum Ruhm der Burgunderweine bei.

Greeters : qu’est-ce que c’est ?
Venu de New-York, le concept des “Greeters”s’exporte
en Bourgogne avec les “Bourguignons d’Un Jour”, ces
habitants bénévoles passionnés par leur territoire.
Le temps d’une promenade dans les vignes, d’une balade
urbaine ou encore d’une découverte de petits villages,
c’est là l’occasion de découvrir la destination Dijon-Côte
de Nuits autrement !
Les Greeters de Dijon Côte de Nuits ne sont pas des guides
professionnels, mais accueillent les visiteurs comme des
amis, le temps d’une balade à pied pour une découverte
de leur ville ou village “hors des sentiers battus“.
Afin de conserver l’aspect authentique de ces rencontres
basées sur le partage et l’échange, ils accueillent de petits
groupes de six personnes maximum.
Les thèmes de balades sont variés et sont avant tout un prétexte pour une rencontre, une expérience humaine riche et
un échange culturel qui restent à la base du rendez-vous.

Dieses Konzept, in New York entstanden, hat die ganze
Welt und auch Burgund erobert, Burgund mit den Burgundern für einen Tag, diesen Ehrenamtlichen, die sich
intensiv für ihre Region interessieren.
Der Greeter begleitet die Tagesbesucher durch die Weinberge, die Stadt, Kleine Dörfer zwischen Dijon und la Côte
de Nuits auf sehr gesellige authentische Weise. Die
Greeters von Dijon - Côte de Nuits sind keine professionelle
Fremdenführer sondern Ehrenamtliche,die all ihren Tagesbesuchern einen freudlichen Empfang bereiten und
eine Entdeckungs-tour zu Fuss durch ihre Stadt, ihr Dorf,
abseits des Touristentrubels bieten. Die Greeters betreuen
kleine Gruppen maximal bis zu 6 Personen, weil das
menschliche Erlebnis und der kulturelle Austausch am
wichtigsten ist. Es gibt verschiedene Themen, sie ermöglichen, vor allem eine einzigartige gemütliche authentische Entdeckungs-tour zu bieten.

fêtes de Nuits-Saint-Georges, elle accueille
chaque année plus de 5 000 visiteurs, (5 500
en 2014) locaux ou de
passage, fidèles, qui
viennent goûter le vin
bourru de l’année, le
jus de raisin pressé devant eux, et découvrir
des vins et produits de
toute la France : une
véritable vitrine du goût
et du bien vivre

D’ÉTÉ : 12ème ÉDITION
Les Amis de Dansité et Round MiNuits ont mis
leurs moyens en commun pour créer ce festival
musical, ambitieux et éclectique, qui a connu
un franc succès depuis sa première édition en
juillet 2005. Nos deux associations Nuitonnes,
Le château du Clos de Lupé, la mairie et la
Communauté de Communes du Pays Nuiton,
accordent leur violon pour faire chanter leur
ville, Nuits-Saint-Georges, qui tinte comme
trois coups de théâtre… Et le rideau se lève
sur une maison, Albert Bichot qui devient une
grande scène d’œuvres musicales…
